We have had support from Caremark for just over a year following my father's illness. He has benefited from the support his carers give him and the support team have managed arrangements very well throughout that time. It is a great relief and help for my father to know he has such a high level of support
and he enjoys meeting the carers on their daily visits.
I was prompted to give this feedback following our annual review where we acknowledged how well this first year had gone and agreed the adjustments to my father's care needs which have now all been implemented.

we are very pleased with the service provided by caremark. The carers are pleasant and treat Barbara with the upmost respect. the only issue we have is their punctuality, they sometimes turn up early which can leave a gap until the next care visit.

Overall very impressed with the home care service provided.
Assessment process and commencement of service happened very swiftly and felt stress free.
The care managers have been very professional and have responded very quickly to any communication and have been flexible with any changes to care
arrangements.
Reviews have been conducted regularly as promised. Weekly rota information is also provided.
My dad generally has the same carer's, as requested. They attend at the time requested and treat my dad with care and respect. They have been accommodating and helpful when I have spoken to them individually.
I would fully recommend Caremark Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Our son receives weekly care from Femi at Caremark and we are so impressed with Femi's skills. He is professional and shows understanding and concern for our son's disabilities and also is funny and light with him. It helps our son to thrive and to come back refreshed and happy. We can't say thank you
enough to Femi for going above and beyond with our son. Last week, Femi took David to the park and played with him for many hours: pretending to be animals and going down slides and playing with other kids. Femi gets involved and doesn't stand back to let David play alone.

Having the carers has been great as it enables us to have more quality time with our other child. My son is happy with the carers, fabulous! Would highly recommend. At the start of the care I was untrustworthy and didn't feel comfortable with certain things but with my carers being so comforting I am
now completely happy with things like allowing them to have a key to the house.

Caremark have been fantastic at helping us to assess and determine and deliver support to my dad. They took a very non judgmental approach as my dad was not accepting of the need for care, but they have been able to work with us to build a rapport with my dad so he was more accepting. They have communicated
well with us throughout and have been flexible to change the hours and days to suporr dad even offering extra visits if needed. The carers are kind and compassionate to dad and he has really started to bond with them. Thank you so much. We as a family would really recommend.

Over the past year since we have had input from Caremark, the care staff have been very kind, cheerful and helpful. We have been especially grateful to have them in the house on a few occasions where there has been a problem (eg: fall, telephone not working etc), and they have either contacted myself
or taken appropriate action. Office/admin/management staff also very helpful, courteous and responsive to any contacts. There have been occasions where care staff have attended at a completely different time from that shown on the rota or been very late but these have been very few, and we understand that timing has to be flexible as other clients will have similar needs and visits may run over.

My needs as a 96-year old with limited mobility but still fully compenent mentally are generally well met by Home Care providers. Those over 40 years of age are generally more sympathetic than younger persons. Wear and tear on equipment tends to be greater than if I were looking after myself. I seek
to impres of carers that if they cannot find things, or do not know where to put things away, not to hesitate to ask me whatever I might be doing. Most carers automatically attend to matters even when not asked.

I am the son of someone who receives care at home, and I can honestly say the staff have been fantastic. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and nothing ever feels too much trouble for them. They treat my parent with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and it gives me huge peace of mind knowing
they're in such capable hands.


Communication is always clear, they're reliable, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure my parent is comfortable and well looked after. It's reassuring to see a team who not only do their job well, but truly care about the people they support.


I'm incredibly grateful for the service they provide - it has made such a positive difference to our family. Highly recommended.

All in all I have had a very positive experience with Caremark. Staff are friendly and have got to know my family very well. They cared for my dad very well and were always friendly and polite. The best part of being with Caremark though was the office staff. Always willing to go above and beyond and
were a smily and happy voice at the end of the line. Always reassuring us. Always supportive.

Caremark have looked after my dad at home for the last 18 months. They were always on time (no waiting around). They were professional and responsible. What helped us as a family the most was the excellent support, help and advice from the staff in the Wokingham office, especially Dawn. It was such

We have always had great carers especially our current carer Adeila who understands our daughter and works closely with our family. We are very happy with the
