"Highly recommend Caremark! After being recommended by neighbours when Mum needed additional care they have been fantastic for my mum. When she was discharged from hospital in January 2026, they immediately assessed her and worked closely with her Occupational Therapist. They are very attentive to her daily nutrition and hydration. My son has a team of carers to get him ready for sixth form Monday to Friday in the morning. They hoist, bathe, attending to his personal care, dress, and give medication to him. My son relates well to the trained male team and has recently got to know a female carer which has given him a balance of who looks after him. They relate well to him also and have understood what movies and what parts of Disney movies he likes to watch while he is eating, and are very patient with him! An excellent bespoke service for my son so I recommend Caremark to others.

Charmine looks after my elderly mother and knows her well especially the way she likes things done, my mother has total trust in Charmine. I'm impressed with the way she identifies problems and immediately fixes them with my mother's consent. She has a positive attitude and works well as a team with my mother.

We have been using Caremark for over four years to look after my wifes personal care. What we like about Caremark is the friendly but professional staff who are well trained about making the client relaxed while having a cheerful personality and the way they respond to questions and any queries regarding the care they are providing.

Carers are lovely, caring and understanding. Worthing office team, do not let the client no if they have changed the carer or time. Carers get no travel time, they are rushing to next call or turn up late to my call (not there fault). More communication from the office would be good.

Outstanding and caring company, they matched us with the perfect live in carer whose been with us for around two years now. I don't have to micro manage anymore, which I used to find so exhausting as both my parents have dementia. I'm always kept up to date with whatever is going on re my parents care and any medical conditions that may arise.
