Overall Experience

My family has had a really good experience with the care we have received. The carer is always so lovely and helpful. He has greatly improved my dads quality of life and has been wonderful for his mental health to have someone sit and talk and help with anything he needs.

Overall Experience

We are very happy with all care provided by Caremark. Led by the brilliant Tara and the many carers that support her, they ensure Mum can live in comfort and have as high a quality of life as can be expected. The challenges are multifaceted and complex but all managed, most of them proactively: They

include preventing and treating Mum's list of UTI's, an ever-present challenge. This means every carer in the team ensures Mum drinks every 15 minutes. Her continence care is a large part of this meaning over 6 changes per day and more recently maintaining her airways by keeping her neck upright is an added complication Tara and the team manage. Thank you all.

Overall Experience

My mum is very comfortable with the carers. They communicate very well with mum, she is very happy with them. The care given to mum is very good by the carers. She has regular carers daily which helps mum.

Dupinder is very experienced at her work she bring good presentation on serving meals with hot plate underneath plate. She doesn't put or over fill plate with food which is good for me. I like her smile when comes through door to greet me she overall very professional at her work and values her job.

She more for office work than carer but shes also good at that caring job to.

Carers do a wonderful job. They are caring and interact with my mum. It's important that she has consistency and whenever possible this happens. Contact with office is always productive. Carers keep me informed of any changes in mums health and welfare. Would be a five but timing of visits not always

ideal but appreciate this is down to circumstances beyond your control.

Before I broke my back I never thought it would be easy to choose to a carer of the year. The Caremark family have come around me and supported me as a whole, and have taken my rants, (and my quickly followed apology), with grace and understanding. Two years ago I never imagined that I could trust a

care agency like I do now, so really in my nomination is a nomination all the carers too many to name, who show what it means to care without judgement, and with a gentleness that only makes me feel like it's a privilege to have them caring for me and for that I will be for ever grateful

Caremark currently look after my mother. The care that they provide is professional, compassionate and flexible in in order to provide the care when it is needed to meet my mothers needs. I can not praise them highly enough as they very often go above and beyond the agreed level of care to support my

mothers needs.

Friendly make me feel comfortable around then,and very helpful
Somebody I can ask to do runs to chemist or doctor for me and to do other small chores. The management also handled scheduling efficiently and any changes or concerns were addressed promptly by the team members. Overall I highly recommend

this home care service to anyone looking for the dependable compassionate in home support.

Overall Experience

My father is in the last stages of vascular dementia and my mother has 80% sight loss. It was my mother who contacted Caremark, and arranged a home visit from one of their staff to assess my father's needs. I was not there for that visit, so cannot comment on how it was conducted. I can say that

they quickly ascertained his health conditions, the care he needed and drew up a schedule. Due to my mother not being unable to use a computer easily, it is I who book in the weekly rota visits and pay the bills. This has always been performed to a high standard by the Caremark staff. On a few occasions we have needed a 'sitter' at short notice, and they have always managed to supply a suitable person to do this. Caremark are reliable, always friendly, ever helpful, polite. They provide much physical help where my mother can no longer do so and it frees up her time so that she can get out to meet friends and family. They have improved the quality of life for the whole family. Thank you!

First impressions of the company was projected excellently by the representative who visited myself in rehabilitation. On returing home the team allocated was extremely caring and open to all suggestions to my requirements. I only needed personal care for a few months, but they were very helpful and

tackled any tasks requested. It was a pleasure to welcome them into my home. If I ever needed any service again, this company would be contacted again.

Having never had any dealing with any caring service in the past - the outstanding service we have had from Caremark is second to none.
Mum is treated with the respect and care that any older person deserves. She has had a few carers and all have been polite, professional, kind and respectful. She

is now settled with one carer which allows a rapport to be built up making her carer a friend as much as a support service.
Caremark is well run I have never had any concerns about the care they provide to my Mum, very easy to correspond with. Compared to other similar services in the area very competitive and reasonably priced.

Overall Experience

Caremark Warwick are the most wonderful service of carers and wonderful management team. They have been providing care for my Dad who needs some extra help at home and the carers work so well with dad at enabling and supporting him.
My dad has had a couple of hospital admissions this year and the

care from Care Mark helps to facilitate my dad back into his own home and routine.
The care is also enabling my dad to stay living in his own home and to be as independent as possible a giving me piece of mind as I live about an hour away. Thank you so much to all of carers and all of the staff.

The OT visited this morning, overlapping with Mums carer Chippy who works for Caremark. . When the OT left later she said what a wonderful, caring and communicative carer Chippy is.
I completely agree with her comments as that's exactly how we find her .
