Caremark provided a live in carer for two weeks to stay with my mum who is 91 with Alzheimer's. My mum lives with me and I went on holiday. Each time I called mum whilst I was away she was settled and happy with the carer and I was given regular updates about mums well-being. When I returned home all the washing had been done, the house was clean and there was even a roast meal waiting for us to enjoy. The experience was very good and the carer was kind, efficient and friendly. Mum was very well looked after. THANKYOU Caremark.

When I called Caremark Edinburgh, Jody was so helpful.she came to the house for an assessment spoke so nicely I understand everything I was so happy with the assessment. My father in law started with the Caremark Edinburgh he is happy with the care. Mum is despirate to stay in her own home, however she is struggling to cope. Caremark have been fantastic in providing the care we need. The managers are easily contacted and very responsive. The carers are delightful. Caremark Lewis tries to use a small group of regular carers who have built up a great relationship with Mum. Mum has had to be admitted to hospital on several occasions, Caremark have been excellent at working with the discharge planners to get Mum back home quickly. I would highly recommend Caremark Lewis as providers of high quality personal care.

My mum was hospitalised, so we needed extra care when she returned home, the hospital recommended caremark and I am so happy we chose them. Every single carer that helped my mum was friendly, polite and showed her so much respect, which is all you can ask for. The office staff have been great as we have had to adjust the care package a few times whilst mum recovers. Nothing is too much trouble, and I would have no hesitation recommending this company. If you ever find yourself in need choose them
We were grateful to the caremark team for providing respite care while my in-laws visited us. They were thorough and flexible to our fluid needs, and they showed a genuine desire to understand the client and our family and to provide the best care possible, going to great lengths to provide dignified personal care, enjoyable activities and conversation relevant to his interests. It can be daunting to put your vulnerable loved one in a new person's care but they put us at ease with their warm and understanding approach and were completely reliable in providing the care we needed when we needed it. I would definitely recommend Caremark because carers are very kind and caring and helpful.I have recently had problems with my pharmacy delivering my medications but Caremark told me not to worry and they would sort out the issues.the staff are very helpful and always help with any issues or problems that i have and make me feel relaxed.

Cynthia was a wonderful reviewer, who was happy, bright, attentive and compassionate. She carried out the review with great clarity and efficiency, whilst constantly checking that my mum was ok and fully understood the questions. My mum was very happy to have her as a reviewer and told her so! The meeting was well paced and Cynthia continually allowed my mum thinking time or time for me to re-phrase anything that was asked.
