Overall Experience

Having carers on a weekly basis has had such a positive impact on our lives. My son looks forward to seeing the carers and going out to do activities with them. He has formed good relationships with some of them and talks about them frequently. We are grateful for the help and support we receive.

Overall Experience

I am quite happy with the service, especially the female carers, but having so many different carers, I have to tell them how to do the routine every time. In fact, I'm really doing it myself. I would like a more permanent female carer, but I would like some say in who it is.

Caremark have cared for me and my son for a number of years. I cannot recommend this company enough. The staff are caring, dedicated, treat us with dignity and make us feel comfortable and cater to our needs perfectly. My son has very complex needs and the carers and office staff have tailor made his

care to suit him. He has a cheeky sense of humour and the carers all get along with him and have a laugh with him while caring for him, they are also very patient. My team of carers are compassionate and friendly and I know they are working to the best of their abilities. The office staff and management are quick to respond to any issues and listen to our requests and needs. Overall the standard of care is excellent and I would be happy to recommend their services to anyone who needed care.

Katey, Ginny and Ester are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they will do anything to help. Mum's carers have become like family to her and look after her with a lot of care and understanding.

Caremark have been looking after my father for nearly three years now providing a live in care package within his own home and we are very pleased with the service provided. Management and support staff are very attentive, helpful and quick to deal with any issues. The live in carers providing the care

Overall Experience

I contacted Caremark when I desperately needed care for my father when he came out of hospital. The staff could not have been more kind and helpful in putting together a support plan. It was a huge relief as I don't live locally and am therefore limited to how much support I can give. Although my father

did not actually need the support for long, the carers were always friendly and efficient. I will certainly be contacting Caremark again when required.

We used Caremark for morning care for our 93 year old mother from Oct24-Sep25 who lives on her own. Throughout the year mum and ourselves experienced very professional service from all members of the Caremark team. All the carers who visited our mum provided her with care whilst she got herself ready

every morning, always showing mum kindness and the added bonus of daily companionship. We noticed how mum looked better and well as a result of the care given by Caremark. Many thanks
