Caremark have been amazing since our initial meeting with them. My dad has dementia and mobility issues. They 'get him', his personality and sense of humour, and he always is happy to see them. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have found Caremark Lewes and Wealden to be very attentive to meeting my care needs. I have felt that my needs are important to them. They have been totally reliable. I am extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to family and friends. I feel lucky yo have such a good care team.

I would recommend Caremark to anyone in need of care. All the staff go above and beyond, are kind prompt and courteous at all times. completely understanding of my mother's needs. And excellent in her daily care and companionship.

Caremark have been providing weekend care for my mum since January 2024 and are shortly to take over her evening meal visits during the week. The manager and his team are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. They manage changes to mum's care, including weekday holiday cover when necessary with ease. They have taken the time to get to know Mum, her personality and her needs. They are easily contacted and always respond to any messages I leave. It is a great comfort to me to know my mum is being so well looked after.
