We offer flexible hours:

  • daily hours from 5hr - 12hr shift (7am - 2pm & 2pm - 9pm or 930am - 1430pm )
  • 15 hrs weekly
  • 20 hrs weekly
  • 30 - 45 hrs weekly

No experience? Not a problem! Experience is desirable, but we provide full training and ongoing support.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within their own homes, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence.

Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing etc).
  • Support with medication administration.
  • Prepare meals and support with Food & Fluids.
  • Monitor client health and report any concerns.
  • Assisting with mobility and light exercises.
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence.
  • Building positive relationships and offering companionship.

What we are looking for:

  • Genuine passion for care and helping others.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability to work
  • UK driving licence is required (Company car available)
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not required.
