Our carer provided really thoughtful and detailed up dates using the app, throughout their shift. It gave me such peace of mind to know that mum was being looked after so well. They were so kind and caring. Thankyou.
Their support throughout the day has made a big difference, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to focus on my own responsibilities. I'm truly grateful for their help and dedication.
The carers and manager of St Pauls healthcare have been very attentive to dad's condition, needs and requirements. They have been friendly, polite and adaptable.
My father has had several carers, and they are all different, but in their job role, they are very professional, that you expect from a service looking after poorly/elderly people. The carers show great dignity and patience when washing my father and helping with food preparation and bedtime. Myself as a son, want to thank the carers as they help me to live almost a normal life during the day, as they visit breakfast, lunch and tea times, looking after my elderly father.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely feedback.
We would like to offer praise to St Paul's Healthcare as the service received has been exemplary. The carers are all compassionate and work really hard to offer the best assistance possible. Their policy of using a small team to cover the visits ensures continuity and knowledge of their client. They have all been polite, reliable and willing to give whatever care is required. On certain occasions, their regular visit times have been adapted to suit us. Physiotherapy has been included in liaison with our physiotherapist and occupational therapist, both whom rate their service highly. We feel fortunate to have found such a good company of carers.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, we are happy to know you and the other health professionals are pleased with the service we provide.
