Job summary
Purpose of the Role
To provide ongoing support, supervision, and training to Care Professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field-based supervisions and appraisals of Care Professionals.

Maintain accurate records using Home Instead’s care management software.

Facilitate introductions between clients and Care Professionals.

Foster positive relationships and provide mentorship to Care Professionals.

Maintain consistent communication and support across the care team.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Ensure adherence to Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in both employment and service delivery.

Undertake further training to support Care Professionals’ development as needed.
Essential Requirements

Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Proven experience delivering a broad range of personal care services.

Commitment to delivering exceptional care through team support.

Strong understanding of Health and Social Care legislation and regulations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Confidence in using care management technology and training others.

Awareness of confidentiality and current legislation.

Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication platforms.

Full driving licence and access to transport for client visits.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule and adapt to business needs.
