Job summary

Alltogether Care Services provide Health and Social Care for Adults within East and West Dunbartonshire. We are committed to providing the best standard of care and have been awarded excellent grades from the Care Inspectorate.

The role of the care worker is to deliver front-line care support services to the company’s service users, In general, the support provided by home support workers is that which would normally be undertaken by a caring relative and does not include tasks which would normally be undertaken by a qualified nurse. It is expected that the home support worker will fulfil their responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and service aims.

You will have a set 2 week rolling rota so you always know your working pattern. These positions are either Full or Part Time: Week 1 = 4 days on; 3 days off and Week 2 = 3 days on; 4 days off.

Responsibilities can include personal care support, health related tasks, specialist support, practical support and companionship activities.
