I am responsible for the recruitment of carers for the company. It is my responsibility to ensure I recruit individuals who are passionate about providing high quality care and support to our clients.
As Finance Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the payroll and billing for the company.
As Quality & Development Manager I am responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance and implementing new IT systems.
As the Trainer and Development Manager it is my job is to set the standards for all new employees and ensure all of our staff have the support and skills they need to provide a high-quality service to the people we support.
As Care Coordinator it is my responsibility to ensure continuity of care, allocating all the care visits to the carers. I work within the office to answer all enquiries and support all the carers who are out and about supporting our lovely clients.
As the Monitoring Officer, it is my responsibility to conduct the initial meeting. I will meet potential service users and their family, sit and get to know what matters to them and ensure we create a tailor made care plan together.
I will do an annual review each year to ensure the care plan is up to date and relevant, ensuring that within the year we have helped reach goals and outcomes.
As a Supervisor it is my responsibility to maintain a high level of support for all carers. I ensure they are being supported to deliver a high level of care.
