We have the benefit of consistent care. The support provided has made such a positive difference to my mum's life.

Alltogether Care deserves its Excellent rating. The carers work so hard to provide the best care for my Dad and this has been consistent for the last 4 years. The carers bring their own personalities to work too and will always sit and chat to Dad once they have carried out their duties so he gets to know them well. They are supported by an excellent team in the office too who go out of their way to get to know the clients despite being mainly office-based

After a trial of two different people, we were matched with a third person. The visits then went well.

The care given is reliable and always enjoyed by my wife. Activities vary and are stimulating, particularly given the mix of well-tried options combined with some variety. Over time, strong bonds are formed.

The care that my aunt receives is excellent. The carers have got to know my aunt well and deal with her deteriorating condition with respect and dignity. The carers are excellent at coping with my aunt's moods and know how to cheer her up and keep her active. The carers are good at keeping me informed of any issues they may have with my aunt.

I am extremely happy with the service that my dad receives. He is happy with the carers and he feels valued.

First class service

I have had a good experince working together with this service. If I needed any advice on my daughter's care plan, they would happily explain and help with it. The team who have worked with my child, I couldn't have asked for such lovely people to support her. Alwats updated her progress and treated her with dignity and respect.

Always been very happy with the service. Very quickly it's like having your friends come round to help not a stranger coming to do a job.

All the girls who attend are very diligent but express and execute it in different ways according to personality. Following a period of changing personnel things resuming regularity. Company good at providing cover at short notice.

We began using Alltogether as the care provider for my dad roughly in June of 2024. My dad has Parkinson's and has quite limited mobility, so requires a lot of support every day in terms of personal care. Dad is very satisfied with the level of care he has been receiving. He speaks very positively about the carers, who he says are very conscientious, and go out of their way to assist him and support him as required. For this we are very grateful.

Mum's carer is very pleasant and always prompt and reliable. She accommodates Mum's needs and does things Mum's way demonstrating how patient she is. Mum has regained some independence since Alltogether started their support service and she now enjoys more walks and cooking and baking thanks to the support she receives twice a week. This improvement and reliability is very reassuring to the family.

Overall the staff do a good job. I have no complaints.

Our experience with Alltogether Care Services is an excellent one. The carers are much appreciated for their companionship, friendship and commitment to the care of my husband. The management is always pleasant and helpful. I am very grateful for the respite, knowing my husband is happy and in safe hands.

Altogether Care Services gives me first-class care and peace of mind, they have never let me down. They are the best care company in my opinion.

Mum is well looked after by the carers. She has a good relationship with all her carers and looks forward to the daily visits. They look after her 4 times a day and see her as a person, not a job.
