We were extremely pleased with the care and support provided to my husband. All of the carers were friendly, compassionate, and took the time to chat with him during their visits. Their kindness and willingness to engage in conversation helped make a real difference to his overall wellbeing. The carers were consistently reliable and almost always arrived on time. On the rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances beyond their control caused a delay, we were kept informed. They were also very supportive of me as my husband's main carer, always happy to offer advice regarding his care needs and suggesting practical ways to make daily life easier and more comfortable for him. Their experience, professionalism, and genuine concern for both my husband and our family were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this care provider to anyone looking for compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care.

As I am partially disabled, I find the all-together care service very helpful and all the care staff very professional and willing to carry out any task within the terms of the contract. The care staff have very good communication skills, which put you at ease.

Mum is delighted with the care she receives from Alltogether Care. Her carers really do seem to care . Mum feels that she knows each carer well and that they know her and recognise her needs. They are able to provide Mum with that little bit of extra emotional support that she needs. Her personal care is very well carried out to a standard that suits her and respects her wishes . Always on time , they are respectful of both people and surroundings. There is a feeling of all staff being experienced and knowledgeable . I feel Mum is safer and able to remain in her own home for longer with the support that they currently provide.

AllTogether Care services has changed my Mum's life completely. Whereas afore care was provided we would often be at loggerheads as she refused help from me that she progressively needed. As the carers have been gentle and kind my Mum now looks forward to her "wee lassies" coming to help her get washed and dressed. Each carer has been professional, courteous and goes above what is required to help my Mum. A group of genuinely caring people who have taken the time to learn my Mum's food and drink preferences, her favourite tv show and always ensures that she has everything that she needs. The office staff always respond swiftly to any enquiries and are always polite and efficient while being thoughtful to my Mum's health and wellbeing.

We as a family need the help of the company now and in the future - we couldn't have our mother at home with other services otherwise. So thank you from the family.

Alltogether Care deserves its Excellent rating. The carers work so hard to provide the best care for my Dad and this has been consistent for the last 4 years. The carers bring their own personalities to work too and will always sit and chat to Dad once they have carried out their duties so he gets to know them well. They are supported by an excellent team in the office too who go out of their way to get to know the clients despite being mainly office-based

After a trial of two different people, we were matched with a third person. The visits then went well.

The care given is reliable and always enjoyed by my wife. Activities vary and are stimulating, particularly given the mix of well-tried options combined with some variety. Over time, strong bonds are formed.

The care that my aunt receives is excellent. The carers have got to know my aunt well and deal with her deteriorating condition with respect and dignity. The carers are excellent at coping with my aunt's moods and know how to cheer her up and keep her active. The carers are good at keeping me informed of any issues they may have with my aunt.

I am extremely happy with the service that my dad receives. He is happy with the carers and he feels valued.

Very pleased with the service. The carers are both very nice and my mum likes them. They are caring and chatty and see to my mum's needs and requests.

First class service

I have had a good experince working together with this service. If I needed any advice on my daughter's care plan, they would happily explain and help with it. The team who have worked with my child, I couldn't have asked for such lovely people to support her. Alwats updated her progress and treated her with dignity and respect.

Always been very happy with the service. Very quickly it's like having your friends come round to help not a stranger coming to do a job.

All the girls who attend are very diligent but express and execute it in different ways according to personality. Following a period of changing personnel things resuming regularity. Company good at providing cover at short notice.

We began using Alltogether as the care provider for my dad roughly in June of 2024. My dad has Parkinson's and has quite limited mobility, so requires a lot of support every day in terms of personal care. Dad is very satisfied with the level of care he has been receiving. He speaks very positively about the carers, who he says are very conscientious, and go out of their way to assist him and support him as required. For this we are very grateful.

Mum's carer is very pleasant and always prompt and reliable. She accommodates Mum's needs and does things Mum's way demonstrating how patient she is. Mum has regained some independence since Alltogether started their support service and she now enjoys more walks and cooking and baking thanks to the support she receives twice a week. This improvement and reliability is very reassuring to the family.

Overall the staff do a good job. I have no complaints.
