Alltogether Care Services

My Mum is very happy with the care and support she receives from Alltogether Care.

As Mum's main carer, have found that with Mum's background of ongoing dementia, it is really helpful to consistently have the same carer from Alltogether Care (except in the case of staff holidays/illness). I'm sure that this has helped her form a very strong bond and lessened her confusion

My son has received support from Altogether Care Services for nearly a year now part-time for a while with a great trained staff member, then they got more trained staff in place to give my son more hours which I thought was very professional and caring. The boys that attend to him have been excellent, they take him out into the community which he really enjoys and you can see this with his beautiful smile. He has a rapport with each one of them. All the office staff have been great too and have helped me immensely. Giving me some me time. Thank you Altogether Care Services.

Alltogether Care staff have looked after my parents for over six months. The carers have all been pleasant and friendly. Some of the staff were more proactive than others at seeing things to be done. Naturally, some of the carers had a stronger relationship with them than others. We are all individuals. The most difficult thing has been the amount of changes that my folks have had to handle. Changes in rota/staff and timings are not easy for elderly people to manage. However, the best thing is, during some difficult times, I have been extremely grateful that someone is attending to their needs on a regular basis, allowing some much-needed respite.

The support that Alltogether Care Services have given my father and by doing so also myself, has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble by the care team, they treat my father with dignity and respect and he looks forward to their visits. It has given me peace of mind knowing that for the time they are spending with him, he is in very good hands. Not to mention helping my father with some household chores and making my shopping lists, this means my time with my father is quality time with him and not spent checking the cupboards and such. Thank you team Alltogether.

They both have a fantastic rapport with Mum. Great service provided by great people.

Please visit times allowed me to socialise a bit, they have also given my wife the time to engage in different conversations.

The service is excellent.

My son likes Alltogether Care because he gets more hours with them compared to other companies. He thinks Alltogether Care are better organised than other companies. My son feels he gets on well with the carers that Alltogether Care has there, they take him anywhere that he wants to go. Alltogether Care helps him plan his trips and rotas.

It gives myself (his daughter) a much-needed break and I know he is in safe hands. Lately, my father has been very tired and sometimes is asleep when the carers are in. He enjoys the chats and the music and poetry when the carers are in.

My experience has been very positive. The care that my mum receives is amazing. Without the carers, I would be in a difficult position, as I would not be able to care for her myself. I have nothing but good words to say. They do excellent work.

Support staff very well and promote good values and independence skills. I'm very happy with the continuity of staff which promotes confidence in the service. A good and relevant level of support given.

Could not be happier with the care given to Dad by Alltogether Care. They spend a good time with him assisting with getting washed and dressed, making cups of tea and meals, general housework and showering. Also, get him out of his flat for short walks around the sheltered housing complex. All the staff are lovely and will not hesitate to contact me if there is any cause for concern.

The service my daughter gets has been very good, really good communication and I'm kept up to date with everything. Things have been accommodated when we needed shift changes. I'm very happy with the service.

Alltogether Care Services continues to give me a great service, all the carers that come to me are polite, professional and friendly. I have a good relationship with the staff in the office who always try to accommodate any request that I have. I am very grateful to them for their help.

My wife uses Alltogether Care Services and we both feel it is a very useful lifeline.

Mum uses Alltogether Care Services for social support. She has visits twice a week from the staff who are always friendly and listen to Mum's concerns and wishes. They take time to get to know her and try to ensure their visits give Mum the best possible service. They encourage her to do tasks that she enjoys and Mum always has a smile and seems happier after her visits.
