The support and assistance I have received in my care have been excellent. They have made sure all my needs are met to allow me to maintain me to stay in my own home. I have no issues is asking for any additional help, and the staff are all very happy, and nothing seems to be out of the way for them. I am very happy with all the support and kindness they show towards me.

My dad has been using Alltogether Care for a few weeks now, can't fault the service all the carers treat him as an individual not just a client. Myself and the rest of the family are reassured that he is receiving the correct care for his needs and would highly recommend them.

Mum's carers from Alltogether Care Services are great. They look after Mum really well. They are all friendly and always chat with her. We are very happy with the care they provide.

I have been very happy with any interaction that I have observed between the carers and Mum, and my dad as well. Very friendly, Mum seems happy with them being in the home and the support they provide.

I have a great team supporting me. They visit every day to make sure all of my needs are met and do everything they can to help make sure I am happy and able to keep living in my own home. I get social support as well as homecare and they help to make sure I get to do things I enjoy every week. This has included getting to go to a panto for the first time in years, and even visiting the sea life centre!

I am very happy with the staff that attend me, helpful and friendly. The only problem is in the morning, the time is a bit early. Another client in the same road finds his a bit too late, if we could change times it would suit both of us better and would take the same length of time and no more cost to you or the girls. Once more I am very pleased with the help I receive.

I started using the service following hip surgery last year. Initially, it was every week, but on my recovery, I reduced the service to every two weeks. I find the employees of the company very courteous and obliging. The standard of work carried out is very good and thorough. Provision of the service has so far been very reliable, and Covid restrictions are adhered to.

All carers are professional and go the extra mile to ensure my mum is happy and comfortable. While ensuring her needs are met they also encourage her to do tasks such as shower on days when she's feeling like she can't be bothered and my mum always feels good for having it done. The carers have built an amazing relationship with my mum and regularly plan fun activities like music quizzes or pamper days. This is really enjoyable and beneficial to my mum.

My mum is 94, very intelligent and very independent. Sadly she has increasing difficulty with short term memory loss and mobility issues. She lives alone but was exceptionally reluctant to accept care of any variety. The carers who attend my mum have been wonderful. They are professional and have a great way of interacting with mum as they jolly her along. It is a massive relief that the same, professional, mature care assistants can attend on a regular basis. This makes a difficult situation a lot easier for us all to deal with.

Have been using Alltogether for 3 weeks and have found the service to be extremely satisfactory. The staff are very friendly, reliable and professional. From experience, these qualities are not demonstrated by all providers.
