About the Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will provide essential daily living support to clients, following individual care plans and ensuring the highest standard of care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

• Support with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required

• Administer medication according to care plans and complete accurate records

• Maintain a clean, safe environment, including light housekeeping

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Document daily activities and any changes in condition promptly and accurately

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence

• Access to your own vehicle

• Good standard of English for communication and record-keeping

• Understanding of care plans and ability to follow them accurately

• Experience in home care or a care home setting is an advantage (not essential)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient approach

• Basic IT skills for logging notes and communicating with the team

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Education & Experience (Preferred)

• GCSE or equivalent

• 1 year of care home or home care experience
