Overall Experience

Whilst visiting mum I met a number of the carers and was impressed how caring and thoughtful they were. Any concerns were answered and they truely were looking for the best for mum. I do wish as a whole the carers sector could be funded better to allow more people to stay in their homes as companies like Aberdonia provide a great level of service they just are not funded sufficently to remain alot longer with each client

Overall Experience

As a family we have been most impressed with the high standard of care provided by the staff at Aberdonia. From care planning, through to delivery of care and the annual re evaluation, communication between all parties has been excellent and of a very professional standard. The members of the team are aways very pleasant. Their daily interactions with our parents are always with dignity and compassion. They are always happy when carrying out the care.

The management team at Aberdonia are very approachable and always available if we have to cancel a visit, or report any changes for example.

Overall Experience

I had absolutely no idea what Aberdonia could do for my husband but in the six weeks he has been at home, I have been amazed at the quality of care on offer by every single carer who visits. All are kind and gentle with my husband and take an interest in my welfare too. They are good at keeping me informed when I need to reorder supplies and at the recent six week review, I had nothing but praise for the team and their cheerful attitude.

Aberdonia are definitely to be recommended.

Since Christmas 2024, I have been using Aberdonia Care Ltd and I am very happy with all aspects of the care I have received. The team are pleasant, competent, and very cheery. No task is too difficult for them. They give a great service and I am well cared for.

Overall Experience

I have been using Aberdonia Care Ltd for the last 3 months and I am happy with the care I have been given. The team are well mannered and very considerate; they support and look after me while maintaining my dignity. They always make sure I have what I need before taking their leave. The team help with my household jobs that I am unable to do, which I really appreciate. I can't thank them enough for the special care they provide. They are always a pleasure to see.

Overall Experience

Aberdonia have been caring for my dad for over 6 months, and now I have nothing but praise for the care he has received. The carers are kind and patient, and if Dad is not cooperating, they take the time to chat to him and treat him with respect. They regularly have to coax Dad to get washed and dressed as he has dementia and can sometimes be rather stubborn! They provide a great service and I would definitely recommend them.

Overall Experience

The carers and management are excellent and never leave without asking if there is anything else they can do. They have made a big difference to my day, as my mobility is very limited and I am generally isolated. With daily care, my days are much more structured and I enjoy the social contact. I look forward to the visits.
