We are seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks and promoting their independence.
The successful individual will need to be able to:
* Provide personal care and support to vulnerable individuals.
* Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
* Support service users with mobility and daily activities
* Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing
* Build positive relationships with service users and families
* Keep accurate records and following care plans
* Travel to service users across the business territory.
