TLC is looking for caring people to join our friendly and committed team.

We've been caring for our community for almost 30 years and are solely focussed on Ross on Wye. We need your help to allow more of our community to take our care services and stay at home - where they want to be. If you can provide anything from a few hours per week up to full time, you will be rewarded with great clients and best pay rates.

We are signed up to the Real Living Wage which ensures a transparent pay policy - what you read in our job ads is the minimum you will get. Dont be fooled by "up to £x per hour" or travel / mileage included in pay! We review pay regularly and are confident that we pay the best rates.

We are looking for committed people who demonstrate compassion, integrity, empathy and reliability. Your role will be to provide our clients with functional and emotional support including companionship, support with medication, assistance with personal care, helping to prepare meals as well as assisting with social activities. Many of our staff started with little or no experience as attitude is all we need to train you to be an invaluable part of our community.

Pay rates start at £13.02 per hour.
