Supported Living Care Manager to join our growing team in
Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to
develop into a senior role and work closely alongside our Registered
Manager to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
About Us
We currently operate three supported living homes in Yeovil, each designed to provide a safe, welcoming environment for up to four clients. While we’re not at full capacity yet, our focus is always on quality over quantity – ensuring every client receives a personalised service with their needs and aspirations at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in both
office-based tasks and hands-on leadership
within the homes, leading from the front and setting the
standard for excellence.
Please note: The role will be 50% support
work based and 50% office based, with this balance scaling
depending on the needs of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Client Care

- Completing and reviewing care plans to keep them up to date
- Liaising with families and professionals to ensure seamless support
-
Staff Leadership
- Conducting supervisions, spot checks, and appraisals
- Coaching and mentoring support workers
- Ensuring training compliance and promoting best practice
-
Service Coordination
- Creating and maintaining weekly rotas (always 4 weeks ahead)
- Supporting with on-call duties every other weekend
- Flexibility to work weekends when required - including every other weekend on-call
What We Offer
- A supportive environment where your growth matters
- Funded NVQ Level 5 after successful probation
- Opportunities to lead, learn, and make a real difference
- A friendly team that values collaboration and independence
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in care and is ready to step up into a leadership role
- Is passionate about promoting independence and person-centred care
- Can balance office responsibilities with hands-on support
- Is organised, approachable, and a great communicator
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join
a team that truly cares, we’d love to hear from you!
