Job summary
FT Care – Domiciliary Care Service is seeking caring, reliable and motivated individuals to join their community-based care team. The service provides support to adults who wish to remain independent in their own homes, offering assistance with personal care, daily living tasks and social support.
The role involves visiting people in the local community, helping with routines such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, mobility, companionship and assistance to appointments. Full training is provided, and ongoing support is offered by an experienced management team to help new carers build confidence and develop their skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who values dignity, respect and professionalism and enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives. Flexibility, good communication skills and a compassionate nature are essential.
This role is well suited to individuals seeking meaningful work within a supportive organisation that prioritises high standards of care and staff development. Previous experience is helpful but not required, as full training is provided.
