Role Overview:

We are seeking compassionate, kind, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Home Care Assistants. In this role, you will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support they need to feel safe and valued in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes.

- Build meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their well-being.

- Follow care plans and ensure clients' needs are met with dignity and respect.

- Work collaboratively with the care management team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, 

Skills / Qualifications:

  • - A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • - Availability to work alternate weekends
  • including both Saturdays and Sundays.
  • - Must have access to a car and a valid driving licence for community-based work.
  • - Must be able to work mornings
  • evenings and every other weekend.
