I Highly recommend this company came from recommendation from a friend we've been with this company about month now they come on time nothing is to much trouble for them look after my mum do the cleaning washing breakfast all ladies are very lovely welcoming really engage with my mum as she needs help with exercise and physio and the ladies fo it all I can't thank them enough for what they do for mum thanks

Sadly Mum passed at the end of March. But we were able to keep her home and for this we thank this staff member and her team, providing care for Mum but always with us in mind. Whilst I had the privilege of looking after my Mum til the end, I could not have done it without the practical and emotional support from the team, and one of the last things my mum heard was laughter, singing and jokes. Thank you.

Mostly kind and considerate to Mum. Quality of care is variable depending on the carer - some are in a rush and do not always respond to Mum's requests. The level of training and understanding of the needs of the client are also variable.

I contacted The Local Care Group in desperation as my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and couldn't be discharged from hospital to me as the hospital didn't have a care package in place. The Local Care Group acted very quickly to secure me with care to enable my father to be discharged. The Local Care Group treated my Father with genuine care, respect and humility and was also a support to me during this time, understanding my concerns as well as my father's. What a lovely bunch of girls. They go above and beyond with the care they give. I would be lost without them. They are there 24-7, so if I need any advice during the day or night they are there for us.
