I Highly recommend this company came from recommendation from a friend we've been with this company about month now they come on time nothing is to much trouble for them look after my mum do the cleaning washing breakfast all ladies are very lovely welcoming really
engage with my mum as she needs help with exercise and physio and the ladies fo it all I can't thank them enough for what they do for mum thanks

Carers so good they make your eulogy!
I live far away from my parents and we got to the stage my Dad needed help taking care of my Mum. It's fair to say he was reluctant, not happy to have help or people in his home, but I spoke to a particular staff member and straight from the start she understood!
This was a huge relief but it got better. I phoned Dad at the end of the first week and he couldn't talk because Mum and Dad were going for a drive. This was the first time they had left the house in months.
Sadly Mum passed at the end of March. But we were able to keep her home and for this we thank this staff member and her team, providing care for Mum but always with us in mind. Whilst I had the privilege of looking after my Mum til the end, I could not have done it without the practical and emotional support from the team, and one of the last things my mum heard was laughter, singing and jokes. Thank you.

We changed over to the Local Care Group after constantly being let down by previous care agency.
From day one mum was lots happier with the way she was treated and quickly loved the carers who came. The carers that visited mum didn't just look out for her, but also dads wellbeing. They spent 2 hours
with mum a couple of days a week so dad could get on with things he wasn't able to do before.
We will definitely give details to anyone who needs care support.
Thank you so much for everything you did for mum and dad.

I am very pleased with all the care that is provided. All the carers are polite and work to the highest standards whilst providing care. I have had other agencies in the past but The Local Care Group outshine every other agency. I am very happy with the company and my sister agrees that they are the

By far the best care company we have used. The staff are outstanding and know all of my wife's needs.
We are always kept informed of visiting times and contacted if this needs to change temporarily.
The care is carried out in an efficient, polite and patient manner, with dignity.

The Local Care Group have made such a difference in my life. I suffer from numerous health conditions, frequently requiring hospital admissions. I could not wish for better care both when my health demises at home and then the immediate care in place for when I’m discharged from the hospital. Their
help with physical issues to jobs I can’t manage, they have helped me so much in rehabilitation and day-to-day care. Their friendliness and support have changed my life during such difficult times. It’s not just been the physical help but the mental help too. All of my carers, whilst maintaining professionalism, make me feel like I have a good friend coming around to help me. This makes such a difference because life is hard to deal with.
I literally cannot thank everyone from the company enough, you really don’t know how much you have helped me!

Mostly kind and considerate to Mum. Quality of care is variable depending on the carer - some are in a rush and do not always respond to Mum's requests. The level of training and understanding of the needs of the client are also variable.

I'd like to thank the team who looks after my sister. The care she receives is outstanding; she is treated with dignity, respect, kindness and compassion. The team show they care but are never patronising and always make sure my sister's wishes and feelings are respected and maintain appropriate, professional

I contacted The Local Care Group in desperation as my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and couldn't be discharged from hospital to me as the hospital didn't have a care package in place. The Local Care Group acted very quickly to secure me with care to enable my father to be discharged.
The Local Care Group treated my Father with genuine care, respect and humility and was also a support to me during this time, understanding my concerns as well as my father's. If I ever needed care assistance in the future, I would contact them without hesitation. Thank you all for your help, care and understanding at a very difficult time.

The Local Care Group have been looking after my parents for 18 months. I can not praise the level of care that my parents receive enough. The quality of care and respect shown to my parents has been amazing. The staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. They are a ray of sunshine every time they
