We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our growing home care service. This is a role where your ideas are valued, your decisions matter, and your work directly improves the lives of the people we support.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations of our domiciliary care service
- Ensure the service meets all CQC regulations and quality standards
- Support, train, and develop the care team
- Oversee assessments, care planning and risk management
- Manage recruitment, supervisions, and performance
- Maintain accurate records and strong communication
- Work closely with families, professionals, and the local authority
- Drive quality improvements across the service
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in domiciliary/home care
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with care planning and safe working practices
- Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Confident, organised and calm under pressure
- A caring approach and commitment to high-quality care
- Deputy Managers ready to step up are welcome
