Salary: £35,211.33 – £44,803.49 per year + performance-related bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our growing home care service. This is a role where your ideas are valued, your decisions matter, and your work directly improves the lives of the people we support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of our domiciliary care service
• Ensure the service meets all CQC regulations and quality standards
• Support, train, and develop the care team
• Oversee assessments, care planning and risk management
• Manage recruitment, supervisions, and performance
• Maintain accurate records and strong communication
• Work closely with families, professionals, and the local authority
• Drive quality improvements across the service
• Manage budgets and resources effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in domiciliary/home care
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with care planning and safe working practices
• Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Confident, organised and calm under pressure
• A caring approach and commitment to high-quality care
• Deputy Managers ready to step up are welcome
