Job summary
Golden Square Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Carer to join our compassionate and dedicated team. We provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and supported living settings, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
What you’ll do:

Lead and support a team of carers to deliver person-centred care.

Complete care plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation.

Administer medication safely and accurately.

Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and managers.

Ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained.
Skills / Qualifications:
- What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader (domiciliary/supported living preferred). NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards). Strong communication and leadership skills. A caring

- and professional approach. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
