This role offers structure, meaningful routine, and the satisfaction of knowing your time truly matters—especially during the winter months, when reliable, compassionate care is more important than ever.

What You’ll Be Doing (Making Winter Days Brighter)

·  Providing genuine companionship — sharing conversation, enjoying a warm drink, and offering reassurance during quieter winter days.

·  Supporting clients with daily routines such as  Personal care, dressing, bathing, and grooming, helping them feel comfortable and confident.

·  Preparing warming meals — from nourishing lunches to comforting evening dishes.

·  Assisting with medication  (full training provided).

·  Helping with light household tasks — keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming during the colder months.

·  Offering emotional support — being a calm, reliable presence when it matters most.

·  Completing simple care notes to keep everyone informed and supported.
