You must be a car driver with transport as the role is working in the community

Skills required:
- The understanding of client confidentiality, empathy and a friendly and sympathetic approach
- The ability to relate to people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures
- Reliability and flexibility, respecting individual needs and working in person centred approach.
- Previous experience not required - full training given leading to Health and social care Diploma.
Duties include
- Supporting clients with daily care such as washing, dressing, using the toilet and feeding themselves, medication, support in the community.
