Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records
  • Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Manage behaviour and provide emotional support for individuals
  • Monitor health status and report any concerns or changes in condition to healthcare professionals

Skills

  • Strong patient care skills
  • Ability to administer medication accurately
  • Physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs
  • Organised with good time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of safeguarding processes and reporting.
  • A compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or health & social care
  • Access to own vehicle

Successful applicants will need to pass an enhanced DBS check before they can begin employment.
