Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support with medication administration

Promote independence and wellbeing

Deliver nutritional support

Carry out catheter care

Conduct safety and wellbeing checks
Working Hours
-
Flexible shifts starting from 07.00am - 2.00pm and/or 4.00pm - 10.00pm, covering a 7-day rota.

Regular, consistent roster, planned in advance.

Shift pattern will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview
Essential Criteria

Reliable, committed, and a team player

Excellent timekeeping

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred [non driving roles are however available].

- Care Experience Desirable
- Drivers Licence (not mandatory and walkers accepted)
- Right To Work
- Must be 18+
- QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care Desirable (but not mandatory)
