The staff have been wonderful. We had a gap while she was in hospital and when we restarted it was like seeing old friends again. My mum thought of them as friends. They were only in just over a year but made that year very comfortable for her. I just wish the company would allow travel time between appointments as it's difficult for them to give the full time that you pay for.
We also appreciate your honest comments regarding visit times. We do as standard factor in travel time into our carers' schedules;...
They have been so kind to my friend making a very difficult time easier to cope with. Always happy to help with anything that my friend needed even if it was just a caring ear, a friendly smile or reassuring advice.
I would definitely recommend their services without a doubt.
Small acts of kindness, compassion, and simply being there for someone can...
Excellent care provider. The staff go above and beyond to care for their clients. I would highly recommend them. Professional careers provides high quality in caring for all. One of the best care providers in wirral.
Dear Colette, thank you for your kind feedback. It means a great deal to us to know when we are doing things well, so to hear you recommend our services is fantastic! Best wishes, Carly, Registered Manager and Director of Care at Professional Carers
As a professional homecare worker myself, but not for this company, I visit many clients who are looked after by this company. The carers are very professional, hard working, and very caring. They go above and beyond for the clients I visit, and they often say they don't know what they would do without them. I would highly recommend this company, and if any of my family were to be in need of help, it would most definitely be this company I would turn too.
Dear Amanda, thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. This means the world to us! As a carer yourself, you will understand the value care workers bring but also the pressures we are faced with. To hear how you recognise the great work we are doing is absolutely brilliant. Thanks again for your kind words. Best wishes, Gary, Director @ Professional Carers
The care and compassion shown to my grandad have been outstanding. Every member of staff has been understanding, attentive, and supportive, always making sure his needs are fully met. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing he is being looked after with such kindness and respect. We are truly grateful for the dedication and professionalism shown every day. Highly recommended.

The carers that came in are always respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and have a positive, friendly attitude. I have also dealt with staff from head office and have always found them pleasant and helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble for this company, and that is a breath of fresh air. The carers always lift the mood of my mother in law and seem to know just what to say and when a sense of humour and a joke is needed. Very, very professional company and staff.

Professional Carers currently support my mum with daily pop in visits, helping with things like her showering, breakfast, her medication and at teatime and bedtime. The care they provide is truly exceptional. My mum can be quite stubborn at times, but she soon warmed to the ladies and gents and now loves to have them visit.
The staff are kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure my mum is comfortable and well looked after.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear how well your mum has settled with the team and that she now looks forward to their visits. Thank you for placing your trust in us-it's a privilege to support your mum. Best wishes, Gary
From June 2025 until Mums passing in March 2026 the care Mum received was very good. We could not have managed without them. They were lovely friendly people who cared for Mum respectfully and some felt like friends. I liked that where posssible, there were not too many different Carers coming, keeping to the same faces. I would definitely recommend using Professional Carers to look after your loved ones. Shout out to Wendy, Cat, Stuart, Lokkie to name a few of the lovely staff who we were fortunate to have looking after our precious Mum. Thank you all xxx

All the female carers are very professional, very kind and will do anything they can to help you. It is good when you have your carers regularly. They get to know you and learn all of your own habits and do all they can to accommodate. I don't have male carers but they are very good and would help if you needed. Our seniors are the best, if there was ever a problem they will sort it out whatever it is. They are reliable, kind, friendly and professional. There's never a problem because they are so good at their job, I can't speak highly enough of all female staff.
