My mum has been a client for a number of years now, she has night calls from Professional Carers. A number of weeks ago, my mum became very ill in the middle of the night. The 2 carers who were visiting my mum, called an ambulance immediately. This quick action, saved her life. I cant thank Michelle and Gemma enough. My mum enjoys her little visits from all the staff, which shows how well they care for their clients, and go above and beyond to ensure their well-being

My partner has been with Professional Carers for nearly two years and is very happy with the quality care they provide her to enable her to live independently, as I am. The carers and management are very friendly and supportive of her needs and very accommodating to her changing needs due to her illness. Very clear care notes on the system that I can read when I am away. Very worthy of 5 stars review. Quality care in a professional friendly manner

The care provider do the minimum. The charge for 30 minutes but try and finish within 10 to 20 minutes. The do the basic check ie prepare food, provide a drink help with essential bathing but don't really clean up, leave dirty urine bottles, spilt drinks on floor, dirty bedding and don't spend the time talking to dad when this could be his only visitor on that day. They time steal my dad paid 10.5hrs week and on average do around 8 hours a week. The management response was they get paid for 30 mins no matter how long it takes and ok if only takes 15 mins. Stealing from the most vulnerable in the community. The careers are nice and try their best understaffed and pressured to do more visits than time allows, its not their fault. Make sure you get the service you pay for as my dad overcharged £1000s. Strongly recommend you download the open pass app to monitor!

Great care was taken when checking catheter, bed sores and adjustment to clothing to ensure that the patient was comfortable and not in any discomfort. By asking and verbally reassuring the patient.

The care increased as needed and was delivered with friendly faces, sensitive care, and thorough professionalism throughout. Mum knew that when the time came, she wanted a peaceful passing - and assisted living facility played a big part in making that happen for her.

We are both extremely grateful for the excellent care she received and would highly recommend the service.

We are in our first weeks of using Professional carers, morning and evening and have nothing but praise for them; often over and above their remit. For example, my husband had a fall, the carer rang for an ambulance and stayed with us until nearly midnight when the ambulance finally arrived. I cannot thank her enough. The management team has been supportive and instils confidence.

Some staff did not know what to do, carers. Other staff were exceptional, good carers.

I have found that my carers are very helpful and good support when needed. When it comes to shower time I am treated with the utmost respect which makes me feel comfortable with the help in showering me.

Amazing company absolute top tier service, looked after my nan with the upmost care and respect! All carers were unbelievable at there job couldn't of asked for better! We struggled to find a good enough company to cope with my nan and her needs, found professional carers, spoke to Julie and she went absolutely above and beyond to help us and get everything in place with my nans care as soon as possible, I honestly can not thank professional carers enough for everything they done for us as a family!

Professional Carers have been caring for my mum for just over a year now and visit her 4 times daily. I can't praise them highly enough with the care that they provide and she looks forward to their arrival. I don't know what we would have done without them all and can't thank them enough for what they do for her.

Professional Carers are professional, pro-active and, above all, caring. My mother has been supported by this organisation for some years now, and I have always found the carers approachable. They have Mum's best interests at heart, and monitor her for any health changes; if they have any concerns, they contact me immediately. As we live 400 miles away, this is reassuring, and I have full confidence in them.

Professional carers were a fantastic help to my Nan. After breaking her hip and being returning home they made her return so much easier. All of the staff were polite, caring and considerate. It put our minds at ease as a family whilst we were at work that she was in good hands. Couldn't thank them enough.

Brilliant service from start to finish. After my mum had a fall we contacted Karly in the office who arranged for the carers to come out twice daily. The carers were lovely, friendly and treated me mum with dignity couldn't of asked for anything more

My mum became end of life and we managed to get her home with the help of professional carers. The carers were great with my mum's comfort calls. They spoke to my mum , even though she was unconscious , They were kind, caring and gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended.
