Right at Home Swindon is looking for a Female Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to adults in their own homes across Swindon and the surrounding areas. We help people live independently, safely, and with dignity – and we’re proud of the difference our team makes every single day.

No experience? No problem.
If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you everything else through fully paid training and ongoing support.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting clients with day-to-day activities that make a huge difference to their quality of life, including:

• Personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting with mobility and medication
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Completing clear and accurate care notes

• 40p per mile mileage allowance

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

• Flexibility to work mornings (with some evenings/weekends if required)
• No experience needed – just the right attitude

Areas You’ll Be Supporting

Swindon, Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Purton, Cricklade, Chiseldon and surrounding villages.
