Right at Home Swindon is looking for a Female Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to adults in their own homes across Swindon and the surrounding areas. No experience? No problem.
If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you everything else through fully paid training and ongoing support.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting clients with day-to-day activities that make a huge difference to their quality of life, including:

  • Personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with mobility and medication
  • Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Completing clear and accurate care notes
