We are looking for an experienced and values-driven
Quality Manager to join our Management team and help ensure we deliver
high-quality, person-centred home care services.
This is a key role within the organisation, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement, support staff, and ensure compliance with CQC and relevant legislation — all while keeping the voices of people who use our services at the heart of everything we do.
This role would suit a Care manager, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager from a care home or home care business.
About the Role?
As Quality Manager, you will:

Lead on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across our home care services

Develop and deliver internal audits, identifying risks, trends, and improvement actions

Support and prepare services for CQC inspections and regulatory reviews

Carry out assessments and reviews, ensuring care plans are person-centred, effective, and outcome-focused

Support safeguarding, risk management, and governance processes
-
Work closely with managers, care staff, service users, families, and external professionals
-
Promote a culture of learning, openness, and high-quality practice
-
You will also contribute to staff training, service development, monitor and evidence compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), organisational promotion.

Assisting in assessment of client’s needs.

Have experience of electronic care plans.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care required
