Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire is looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated Homecare team in Huddersfield. 

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide regular, person-centred support to clients in your local area. Our approach is based on continuity—meaning you’ll support the same clients at the same time each week, building relationships while enjoying the stability of a regular rota. 

What the role involves: 

• Supporting clients within their own homes and in the community 

• Assisting with day-to-day activities such as personal care, meal preparation, or attending appointments 

• Encouraging independence and supporting community activities such as walks, shopping, sports, or groups 

• Providing consistency and reassurance for families by being a regular, familiar face
