What You’ll Be Doing
- Offering genuine companionship — chatting, sharing a cup of tea, or going for a gentle walk
- Supporting with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
- Preparing simple, home-cooked meals
- Providing medication reminders (full training provided — no medical background needed)
- Helping with light household tasks to keep things comfortable and homely
- Offering emotional support and reassurance
- Completing simple care notes
