Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Norwich. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing expert support tailored to their unique needs. Your care will be essential in fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities
• Support clients with mobility and personal hygiene
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and care plans
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
• Uphold the values of CareYourWay by delivering compassionate, respectful, and dignified care.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in caregiving or a related field
• Strong knowledge of senior care practices, including Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
• Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
