CareYourWay Norwich has a Review Score of 9.6 (9.629) out of 10, based on 8 reviews in the last 2 years.
Over all time CareYourWay Norwich has 8 reviews.
Our only concern was that on a few occasions medication was dropped on the floor and therefore not administered and we were not told this had happened. I totally understand that they are not allowed to administer medication which has been dropped on the floor but we need to be aware.
However the care she received was exceptional and they did everything they could to accommodate the days/times my mother required their care.
Sue is a very caring and compassionate person and I would like to thank her and her team for all they did.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave this review. I'm really pleased to hear your mother looked forward to our visits and that you felt she received exceptional care. I also appreciate you raising your concern regarding the medication. You are absolutely right that...
They initially helped with meal preparation and companionship, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth they brought with them. The carers clearly care about the people they support and on several occasions members of the team went the extra mile. They always treated Mum with warmth and dignity, which meant a great deal to us.
Communication with the office team was also excellent - always responsive and easy to deal with.
Thanks in part to their support and encouragement, Mum has regained confidence and independence and has now moved into a retirement flat.
I would happily recommend CareYouWay Norwich to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable home care.
Thank you for your very kind review. It was an absolute privilege to be able to provide care and support to your mum and the whole family during a busy and difficult time for you. While we will miss our time with her, we are delighted that she is now able to live independently and I have promised...
Amazing care company who take into account the clients care requirements and needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They're professional, efficient, caring and they treat you how you want to be treated.
Thank you for your very kind comments. It means the world to us.
Everyone very good, pleasant and helpful. Always on time. I am very happy with everyone I have seen. Please excuse writing.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It is our pleasure to provide the care that we do.
I would like to express my delight at the way the manager and her team have embraced the needs of my elderly father (95), who lives on his own, is still mobile and "with it", but desperately needed some companionship and help in the house to do things he just can't do / forgets to do or doesn't see. The family all live a long way away, but the daily visits from the manager and her team, even in the last 4 weeks since he accepted he needed some help have been noticeable in his conversations and I think he genuinely looks forward to them coming. The house is cleaner and tidier, but they take a lot of care not to disturb too many things or his various routines.
The reporting on a daily basis is great to see and read about and we are all very happy with the service, attention to detail and way in which they have all really tried to understand how he works and fit in around things.
Having a daily visit to take him shopping means he can let go of his car (!) which is a great way to still get out.
Thank you for your wonderful review - it is both humbling and extraordinary to read. Thank you for your very kind words.
My parents, as well my family and I, went to stay with my brother-in-law in Norfolk for a week over Christmas. My father is 93 and has Parkinson's so I was keen to have some care support in the morning and evening (which is what he has at home in Sussex). The manager was extremely professional in responding to my enquiry and ensuring that the engagement was properly set up - always very responsive and open. She and another member of staff provided the support over the holiday period and were great in person - again professional and very approachable. Both my parents were very positive about the care provided to my father and enjoyed talking to them both. This has not been the case with some other carers! Thanks to both of you for making our Christmas such a success and going above and beyond at the expense of your own Christmases.
Thank you so much for your very lovely review. It makes it all so worthwhile knowing you and your parents were happy with our service. We really enjoyed meeting you all and it was an absolute privilege supporting you all at such a special time. I hope we will see you again!
Having this care enables me to have a few hours to myself and this helps my mental and physical health. It also allows my husband to attend an exercise class and his carer can help him get the most from the class.
Thank you so much for the lovely review. It means such a lot to us that you are happy with our care. It's an absolute privilege to help support you both.
The manager has been professional and efficient and her communications are speedy. My relative has been dealt with in a warm, caring and compassionate way - it has improved their mental health and wellbeing enormously and they are being gently introduced to the possibility of further care without fearing the loss of independence.
I would not hesitate to recommend - the whole family are very happy with the service we have experienced and the high level of care given.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We feel very privileged to be able to support your family member. We love visiting and to hear that our visits are so appreciated is very gratifying.

Meet the Team (1)
Sue’s goal in life from a very young age was to have a career which involved caring for others and this led to her qualifying as a Registered General Nurse. Over 12 years, she gained a huge experience working in Acute Medicine, Surgery, Neonatology and Elderly Care in the community, and then moving to the pharmaceutical industry, helping to develop innovative treatments for many diseases and conditions.
Sue has always been passionate about providing a person-centred, compassionate, respectful and dignified service to all her many clients and their families and she has always believed that most people would like to be cared for at home when at all possible. This became even more personal when trying to find good quality care for her own ageing parents and started the fire in her to become an outstanding care service provider to her own community.
As the Managing Director, Sue is proud to lead a team of dedicated, highly trained individuals with equal passion to provide exceptional care, tailored to each client’s individual care needs and wishes. We are very proud to make a positive difference in our client’s lives every day.
