We had support for parents from March until end of August 2026, over all the service was very good, we had continuity of staff which was perfect as it enabled relationships to be formed. The time of care delivery was scheduled to accommodate our parents as best as possible. All the staff were professional and friendly. The only aspect we struggled with was having to request an itemised invoice but this was usually resolved fairly promptly

Gemma and team have provided - and do provide - excellent, thoughtful and respectful care for my mum and dad, both of whom have dementia. They're both very happy with the service and I would highly recommend CareYourWay.

As you can see I can't speak highly enough of the support and care given from CareYourWay. The 'girls' themselves all had different characters and we shared lots of chuckles together. Jenny the manager, immediately contacted various health departments directly as she very quickly discovered I had no appointments for these conditions. Boom! She was on the phone straight away! Friends and relatives have all commented on how well I look. It is obvious Jenny has taken great care in choosing her staff, not only are they so pleasant, they certainly know their stuff.

Care Your Way, has been of great help and support for my husband whilst I was away for a few days. After having difficulty finding short term care Care Your Way stepped in, so very much appreciated which helped me relax when away

CareYourWay was recommended by a neighbour and I am so glad they did. This was all new to us and my father needed home care and support especially with no family wraparound. From the start Jenny and her team have been understanding, caring, flexible with more or less visits as needed, reliable and intervened when my father was unwell ensuring he got medical attention. They have been very impressive, even to my father which, frankly, is the utmost praise. They are invaluable to my father and reassuring for us to know my father is in very good hands. I highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the service from Care Your Way. Currently, it is only half an hour a day, but they communicate very well if any change. They keep us fully informed. All the staff are very friendly & helpful. They have also been very flexible when asked to add in times, e.g carer/daughter break.

We have been using CareYourWay for over three months to support my dad's bedtime routine. Even when his support needed to move to double-handed calls, they were able to keep the group of individual carers in single figures. This consistently has made a big difference for Dad. Every carer we have met is skilled, attentive, thoughtful and caring! They share advice when problems crop up - one even bought us a pair of scissors when they found our were no good! They are always on time too - not early or late. That is refreshing and takes away a lot of stress. We are very grateful for their support.

CareYourWay Chichester provided short term morning care for my very elderly and frail mother while we were on holiday in the area. They were fantastic. Right from the start the team was really helpful, they were able to provide exactly what Mum needed, and everyone was really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Having professional, dignified and kind care made all the difference to us being able to take my mum on holiday - she is usually mostly housebound so it meant a lot to all of us.

From my first phone call to CareYourWay, the service we have received has been excellent. The team member came to the hospital and helped me with arrangements to get Mum discharged - it was a distressing time for us and CareYourWay were kind, understanding and efficient. Since being here, the care Mum has received has been wonderful. Every carer that comes is kind and patient. My sister and I are reassured that Mum is getting the help she needs.

MIL and find it incredibly hard to be there for her especially in recent months where she has been in and out of hospital. Care your way communicate exceptionally well with us and take time getting to know my MIL making sure the right carers are appointed to her. They go above and beyond caring for her and we are incredibly grateful to have found them
