Choosing a Care provider for your Mum is a scary process, even though it was all the family making that decision in our case, we only had websites to go on. It would have helped to have someone in the same position to advise us.
We were so lucky that our choice was the right one. Within days we relaxed,
because what we were seeing, was exactly what we were promised, "Care Your Way". After the first week was completed so tweaks were agreed on both sides.
The company use a really workable mobile care recording system for each stage of the job, someone in the office tracks this in real time. No carer could leave a task undone, therefore would never need calling back to finish off.
Having been in care 20 years myself, I am seeing good/best practices regularly and I would recommend Care Your Way to anyone in a similar position.

All carers that attend my mother always act professionally. They are always in uniform with an ID badge even though we call them on first name terms; they have an excellent bedside manner.
They always get their work completed within the allotted time and are always punctual even in winter weather,
when they park elsewhere and have to walk to our home.
I am that impressed that I treat them as just another member of the family.
We have had other care providers in the past but this team are by far the best.

Care Your Way have been wonderful in their care of my mother. All the staff have been compassionate, proactive, friendly and very careful to follow any instructions given. They have provided companionship and engagement to my mother, who has dementia, playing word games and helping her to stay stimulated
during the day. They also provide staff to look after her during the night providing careful physical support whenever necessary.

CareYouWay Norwich provided daily home care visits for my mum for several months when she needed a bit of extra help and reassurance at home. From the start the carers were consistently kind, friendly and reliable, which gave both Mum and our family real peace of mind.
They initially helped with meal
preparation and companionship, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth they brought with them. The carers clearly care about the people they support and on several occasions members of the team went the extra mile. They always treated Mum with warmth and dignity, which meant a great deal to us.
Communication with the office team was also excellent - always responsive and easy to deal with.
Thanks in part to their support and encouragement, Mum has regained confidence and independence and has now moved into a retirement flat.
I would happily recommend CareYouWay Norwich to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable home care.

My Dad is a new client of CareYourWay Chester. I looked around various companies until I came across this company.
As soon as we met the staff I knew it was the one for us. They immediately engaged with Dad and found out about him and it was clear they actually cared about the people they look after.
After
a month using CareYourWay I am still impressed always punctual and complete all tasks efficiently and in a friendly manner.

I cannot thank the staff and management team enough for all they have done for the care of my mum over the last 18 months, their professionalism and hard work is second to none.
It has been a hard and stressful few months for the family after my mum's recent fall and hospital admittance. CareYourWay
have been so supportive and have gone beyond my expectations, with their care, compassion, and flexibility during her rehabilitation. The management team even attended a hospital discharge meeting with family members and the social care team. Their input was valuable in making decisions and putting plans in place for her safety and care during her first few weeks once mum was discharged to go home.

We have had an incredibly positive experience with CareYourWay. From the beginning, it was clear how much the management and carers actually cared about making a difference in my grandpa's life as well as the rest of the families. It was also clear how carefully vetted and well-trained the carers are.
Every person who has come into our home has been kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. My grandpa lives with us so having carers we can truly trust and that are willing to adapt to varying needs has been essential and brought real peace of mind. They consistently treat him with dignity, patience and compassion and we all have felt supported, listened to, and reassured throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The quality of care has been excellent and the carers really seem to care about my mother's welfare, physical and emotional. All the staff are really helpful and flexible about the level of care needed. Communication is really good, both in the form of notes from the carers, and emails from the manager.
I would recommend the company to anyone looking for elderly care at home.

We are so happy with the care our Mother receives from CareYourWay. The carers are wonderful! They look after Mum with cheerfulness and kindness and Mum loves to talk with them whilst they carry out their tasks. CareYourWay has an excellent app so I can read a short report after each visit. I found Care Your Way to be a truly top care company.
I have had a few care companies over the years and have had many issues with them from poor staff, poor management and lack of communication.
With CYW, I found them to be professional from top to bottom.
The communication was great and every
single staff member that came through my door, were not only good at there job, but they all spoke highly of each other with a few saying were like a family.
