I can not thank enough all the girls from North Manchester for the care and attention they gave my mum aged 96 who had Alzheimer's and vascular dementia and lived with us.They went above and beyond, the whole team were kind and caring and Mum looked forward to seeing them each evening. They even found the time to chat with me to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend them.

Mum was initially reluctant to feel she was at a stage to need support. Our first meeting with Jenny was really positive and enabled mum to see that care was a way to allow her to remain independent, rather than giving up on her independence! CareYourWay have taken a lot of time to listen and understand to what mum needs, and how to support her regular routines. They have shown that they are patient, flexible, and truly care about their clients. This is a new journey for our family, but has been made more manageable by the support from CareYourWay.

Carers generally well-trained, polite and helpful. More efficient if make consecutive visits. Office efficient when telephoned. I prefer older staff as I am 78 age.

The carer (Harpreet) has been attentive, kind and very supportive in caring for my husband. They are reliable, patient and always ensure comfort and wellbeing are a priority. Their compassionate approach and professionalism have given us great peace of mind and we truly appreciate the excellent care they provide.

The carer was very open and pleasant and related well with me from the start. In the second visit, she showed herself to be competent, confident and caring and very helpful. She showed herself to have a good understanding of Parkinson's and started setting my ways we can work together then and on my own to keep active, which is what I was hoping I would be able to do. I feel comfortable and safe with her.

The client you are caring for always looks clean, comfortable and well looked after when we visit. We are greeted in a welcoming way, and the experience of spending time with her is well supported by all the staff we have met. We feel that they know her well and attend to her needs in a timely professional manner.

Care your Way provided a live in carer for my cousin for a period of time when she required additional help. The carer was excellent and provided the help required giving my cousin the peace of mind she needed. Excellent service, thank you.

We chose Care Your Way because of their family ethos. I live too far away from mum to give daily care and I have been so relieved to have CYW carers visiting her twice a day as my eyes and ears. They are unfailingly polite, caring, professional and kind. Mum is 93 and suffers from Alzheimers - she couldn't stay in her own home without the help of Care Your Way. After having a few hospital stays due to infections and mobility issues, we realised we needed some extra help in the evenings at bed time, I got intouch with CareYourWay, they were quick to get back to me and after speaking with Michelle, a meeting with myself, sister and parents, Michelle understood our needs and she was able to set up the service quickly and efficiently, the girls that visit our parents, Josie and Elaine are very caring and are able to put dad at ease at each visit, they always take the time to chat, reassure and make them smile, the visits are kept between mostly the two girls which is great as familurality and consistency is key, thank you for the great service.
