Overall Experience

The team have been brilliant with my nana, who has complex dementia. The carers are so kind and patient and really understand her and her needs. They always treat her with respect and make her feel comfortable, which means everything to us.
Having their support has taken so much pressure off our family

and given us real peace of mind. We honestly don't know what we'd do without them and would definitely recommend them.

I imagine that many people have a tricky time finding appropriate care for their loved ones - after all, the reasons for having to introduce domiciliary care are never 'nice'! In our case there were complications related to the timing and wider family matters that made trying to secure the services

of a reputable company awkward.

Despite this, Shabana and Simra made the process as smooth as possible with fantastic support on the care assessments and guidance on contractual elements. Their responses to our questions show a really strong ethical attitude to care for the clients they serve.

Since beginning care - we are about two-and-a-bit weeks in, the 'frontline' staff have been fantastic - reliable, efficient and very supportive. There are 'adjustments' being considered and changes to be made to the support package which are clearly aligned with Mum's needs and her future. I am confident that we can make this decision one that will be in place for many years. Thanks CYW!

Overall Experience

We were looking for evening support around my work schedule and from the first phone enquiry the team were so accommodating and supportive . They made my dad feel very comfortable and put him at the forefront of their care whilst been flexible with family support .

From my first meeting with the manager I felt completely put at ease, I was very nervous about moving to a care agency but there was honestly nothing to be worried about. The office always keep me updated with which carer is coming and they have all been lovely. As a young woman in my 30's I feel like

the carers really support me with my interests and enable me to do the things that I want to do whether that's pampering myself with a face mask, dying my hair, helping me to care for my dog (she thinks the carers are here to see her!), going to the shops or just chilling out on the PlayStation. CareYourWay have made such a positive difference to my life already!

Outstanding effort to ensure my mum had the correct care and equipment to be able to carry on with everyday life. Overall Experience

We first arranged companionship visits for my mum as her needs were quite low. We just needed someone to pop in on her, especially as I don't live close by. At first, she only wanted a visit once a month, but she's enjoyed the company so much that she now looks forward to weekly visits.

Recently,

the bank failed to send out her new bank card, leaving her without money for a while. The team went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed during that time, such as a food shop.

It's incredibly reassuring to know that she's being looked after with such care and attention when I can't be there myself. I couldn't recommend CareYourWay North Manchester and Salford enough. Thank you!

My mum started using CareYourWay in Jan 2025 after her care needed to be increased more than I could cope with - she has also recently been diagnosed with dementia. CareYourWay spent a long time initially getting to know my mum (and us) so they could understand her needs, likes and dislikes. They have

always been prompt, professional and do an amazing job. They will support with anything my mum needs, and will change things at short notice if it helps us out.

We were recommended by one of my friends and I can safely say I know why. the carers are all amazing. They really look after my Mum, wanting to understand her needs and most importantly keeping her safe i her own home. Mum is loving getting to know them all and tells me what they have talked about

on the visits.
I have also requested a few extra visits, when I have been away and this has been accommodated, which is a massive help to me and my Mum.
We received a lovely afternoon tea for VE day and my Mum loved that.
Would highly recommend.

We contacted Care Your Way, North Manchester to seek support for my Mum. The whole process of meet & greet and paperwork was very efficient and we felt very comfortable with getting set up. From the commencement of the actual daily visits Mum has been very relaxed and treated with the exact level of

care & understanding that we hoped for. The carers are punctual and adaptable to her needs which at this stage are not exhaustive but it's all about building what we hope will be a long term and developing relationship as her needs increase in the future. Highly recommend the company.
