After having a few hospital stays due to infections and mobility issues, we realised we needed some extra help in the evenings at bed time, I got intouch with CareYourWay, they were quick to get back to me and after speaking with Michelle, a meeting with myself, sister and parents, Michelle understood our needs and she was able to set up the service quickly and efficiently, the girls that visit our parents, Josie and Elaine are very caring and are able to put dad at ease at each visit, they always take the time to chat, reassure and make them smile, the visits are kept between mostly the two girls which is great as familurality and consistency is key, thank you for the great service.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming with not only my nana but myself and my mum as well. The way they interact with my nana makes me feel so comfortable knowing how patient and attentive they are. They have made this process less daunting for us as they are always willing to answer questions and help in anyway they can. I cannot thank them enough for the level of care and support they are providing. I wouldn't want anyone else caring for my nana.

CareYourWay provides care for my dad at the weekends. This takes pressure off me so I can support my dad during the week. The experience so far has been mainly positive. Care has been a difficult step to initiate for my dad & he has only positive things to say about the carers. They are a very communicative company & when I make ad hoc requests they always endeavour to uphold them. Thank you.

I can't recommend CareYourWay enough! The team are compassionate, reliable and very professional. The thought of carers coming in to see my mum has been very stressful as even though she has Dementia she doesn't think she needs them! This has been no issue as all the staff are so kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this service.

I use CareYourWay for my husband's care as he has Alzheimer's/Dementia. I work for the NHS in the evenings on a rota basis so the evenings I need someone to come and visit my husband are varied each week. I send my rota to the team at CareYourWay and they are happy to arrange for the carer to come on the evenings I work. Excellent care and service.

We have always received a fantastic service from all the ladies that visit my Mum but recently she had a very bad bowel movement Her mobility is not the best and she tried to sort herself out but in the process made a mess in a couple of rooms. The girls went over and above cleaning up the mess whilst also reassuring my Mum. Brilliant service once again

We have used this provider for the last six months. They attend to assist both my parents with day to day tasks. The girls are always prompt & reliable, my parents enjoy their visits & find the help very useful. The service is very well run & I am kept informed wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I imagine that many people have a tricky time finding appropriate care for their loved ones - after all, the reasons for having to introduce domiciliary care are never 'nice'! In our case there were complications related to the timing and wider family matters that made trying to secure the services of a reputable company awkward.

Despite this, Shabana and Simra made the process as smooth as possible with fantastic support on the care assessments and guidance on contractual elements. Their responses to our questions show a really strong ethical attitude to care for the clients they serve.

Since beginning care - we are about two-and-a-bit weeks in, the 'frontline' staff have been fantastic - reliable, efficient and very supportive. There are 'adjustments' being considered and changes to be made to the support package which are clearly aligned with Mum's needs and her future.
