CYW carers have been very sensitive and have adapted almost daily to the changing needs we are very grateful for their professional attitude kindness and respect towards the patient and family. CYW have adapted professionally to change, their policy of ongoing training and online notes system helps ensure everyone is up to speed with the clients care needs. The carer was very open and pleasant and related well with me from the start. In the second visit, she showed herself to be competent, confident and caring and very helpful. She showed herself to have a good understanding of Parkinson's and started setting my ways we can work together then and on my own to keep active, which is what I was hoping I would be able to do. I feel comfortable and safe with her.

Very satisfied with care in general that is being received. Only slight grievance is weekend staff care call sometimes doesn't arrive on time 12-ish. Otherwise all good thank you.

We have had an incredibly positive experience with CareYourWay. From the beginning, it was clear how much the management and carers actually cared about making a difference in my grandpa's life as well as the rest of the families. It was also clear how carefully vetted and well-trained the carers are. Every person who has come into our home has been kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. My grandpa lives with us so having carers we can truly trust and that are willing to adapt to varying needs has been essential and brought real peace of mind. The quality of care has been excellent and the carers really seem to care about my mother's welfare, physical and emotional. All the staff are really helpful and flexible about the level of care needed. Communication is really good, both in the form of notes from the carers, and emails from the manager. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for elderly care at home.

We have been extremely pleased with the excellent care that my father has received from your home care. They have been wonderfully caring, supportive and efficient in every way. Always punctual and happy to talk through any areas of concern. I have also valued the easy access to reach them. The telephone is always answered. I would like to leave a glowing review.

My Father-in-Law receives 7 morning visits per week, and his main carer, who does 5 of these days, is excellent, as are the various others covering the 2 weekend days. They are very caring and respectful to him in all respects, and he feels very cherished and safe with them. We feel very fortunate in knowing that he is so well looked after.

I really like my new carer. She goes above & beyond what I ask her to do for me. She helps me in my home and supports me when I want to go out. We enjoy short walks and I am much more confident being out and about.
