Overall Experience

The care provided to my auntie has been exceptional. The carers are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, always treating her with dignity and respect. Communication has been clear and reassuring, and it gives our family real peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands. I wouldn't

hesitate to recommend this care provider to others.

CareYourWay Chichester, led by Gemma and Mark, has been nothing short of outstanding. Their compassionate approach and genuine warmth shine through in every visit, and nothing is too much trouble for their dedicated team. From day one service has been brilliant. We were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Time was taken to understand the care and needs we required.
Everything was explained clearly to us and we were given information on every step.

Overall Experience

My Nan loves having Gemma and the other carers come into her home to help her. At first, she was nervous and apprehensive about accepting help, but the carers at Care Your Way Chichester have been exceptional. Making my Nan feel safe in her own home has been difficult since she got diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

However, we have a piece of mind knowing the team have her best interest at heart, showing compassion.

Gemma, Mark and the team provide kind and considerate care for my Auntie. The team visit my aunt twice a day, ensuring she has a proper meal and a cup of tea (her favourite drink!). They never fail to make her feel special, not rushing the visit. They definitely promote independence, and as a result

Overall Experience

My mother has declined rapidly with dementia in recent months and become doubly incontinent. As her son & sole carer originally, I found it tough to carry out all the duties necessary and this is where CareYourWay came in.
They now thankfully visit 3 times a day which really helps me out as I still

work full time from home.
I cannot fault any of the carers, always punctual and so supportive of my mothers needs and I think my mother very much looks forward to their visits too, often laughing and joking which is so refreshing.
Nothing seems too much trouble and have on more than one occasion responded to emergency needs at very short notice for which I am so grateful.
You hear horror storied about care, but CareYourWay have changed my view totally, that there are people who are in the industry that really care about what they do - first class service from a very caring business in my view. - Thank you to the manager and another lady for all you do, bless you both.

The manager and her team are nothing short of exceptional. Professional, caring, and completely reliable, they have consistently gone above and beyond to provide outstanding support. What sets them apart is not only their dedication to high-quality care, but also the genuine kindness and compassion

They have been hugely helpful in so many ways, from offering day-to-day reassurance to handling more complex tasks such as hospital visits and liaising with doctors when needed. My Gran enjoys seeing her carers every day, chatting and laughing with them has been great for her, and it's genuinely refreshing to see their focus of putting her first!! The care she receives is exceptional, they promote her

independence daily and I couldn't feel happier that they are caring for my Gran. It's such a peace of mind knowing they're there for her and so attentive - alongside meeting her needs they are also constantly lifting her mood and making my Gran happier. The carers are very professional and helpful. I visit my Aunt regularly and when I've been there, they are extremely friendly and she loves having them there.
they help with every aspect you would expect around the house, and of course her personal care when needed. My Aunt has Dementia and they are

clearly experienced in this domain, compassionate and understanding.
This help has been fundamental in maintaining her independence and i couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I feel so lucky we found CareYourWay Chichester, to look after Mum, she needs someone 4 times a day including sorting lunch, dinner and putting to bed. The carers have been very patient and attentive, Mum looks forward to seeing them as friends not just carers. They have been on time every time and

Overall Experience

The care service received from Care Your Way has been exemplary. My elderly father lives alone since becoming a widower, he has managed really well, is independent and strong willed in his mind. Due to age his mobility declined and he was struggling more with daily tasks and following several falls

we knew we needed help. He was resistant to this in every way and delayed care in the home which would end up making his life so much easier and relieve our constant worry. It was a hand of fate that we we met Care Your Way in the local community who genuinely really care about those that live there. They were quick to build trust with Dad and provide dignified and supportive care that he needs, to be on call and lift the worries we had about whether he falls or needs anything. We highly value how they work with the family and recognise how we can all work together to ensure he feels safe and cared and stay in his home. He is so much happier and perkier in his mental health too. Thank you!

Overall Experience

The manager and her team have taken on my dad since May, the difference in his quality of life has vastly improved. They understand exactly how he likes things. Nothing is a problem or a difficulty. They have taken over so much that I was having to do for him, even the little things such as cutting

his hair. I live 90 miles away from my dad and the worry this was causing because of his difficulty in getting around his home due to his mobility reducing and the increasing chance of him falling, to getting his meals and making sure he was drinking enough was increasing. Care Your Way Chichester have taken away the worry and stress from me. They make you feel you are part of their family. I am able to talk to the manager about any worry's or concerns as well as being able to ask for advice with social services and power of health and attorney forms. Since the manager, her team and Care Your Way has come into our life's: I just cant believe the difference they are making. I can highly recommend them.

I was helping to look after a friend, but when it became obvious that she needed more help than I could provide, the manager replied to my message that evening and was in the next morning for breakfast, it was a huge help, I don't have to worry so much about her now she is visiting 3 times a day. My

friend absolutely loves her and calls her by her nickname. She loves her cooking and her company, she keeps me updated and has been such a huge support

We are so grateful to have found my mums carer, my mum has Ataxia which affects balance, coordination and speech so having someone both capable and compassionate is essential and the registered manager at Care Your Way Chichester has been all that and more!
She is incredibly patient and attentive

and always treats mum with dignity and respect, she has taken time to understand mums needs and she supports her not just physically but emotionally too.
She is very reliable and communicates well with our family. Knowing mum is in such safe and caring hands has brought real piece of mind to all of us.
We can't thank her enough and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family in need of professional and dependable care.
