My 92 year old aunt was discharged from hospital in mid December and we needed to arrange a follow-on care package to begin on Boxing Day, which we knew was a really big ask. Gemma and Mark were absolutely wonderful - calm, patient, completely understanding of our requirements, and, they put the care package in place from the required date. Living a considerable distance from the Chichester area and not being able to visit frequently, it was really important to have good liaison with the care team and to be advised of any concerns they may have. We have been kept fully updated from day one which is greatly appreciated. The level of care that my aunt receives has been, and continues to be, superb and the visits have become an important part of her day. The carers look after her with such consideration and kindness as if she was their own aunt, something that she clearly enjoys and which is so reassuring for us. Gemma, Mark and the team were involved with my friend, Dave from May 2025 until his death in Jan 2026. Prior to them becoming involved Dave had a number of carers, all of whom he had dismissed. Dave was a proud man who had worked for many years in the adult care section. He was,at the time, struggling to accept his increasing dependency on others. His complaint was that carers focused on the process and not on him. when he first met Gemma and the team he expected the same. he did, however, quickly start to make relationships with them, talking warmly about them. He felt they listened to him and respected him, that they wanted to know his views about how he might be best cared for and shaped their care plan accordingly. As I've indicated Dave could be stubborn and difficult. When Dave was unhappy with the health care he was receiving they intervened appropriately on his behalf. To sum up they saw the real Dave, the kind, humerous man. They did everything they could for him and more.

They are fantastic and care for my nan with dignity and respect. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very flexible and understanding. She had COPD so really struggles to get around I recommend them wholeheartedly.

They were professional, caring and good humoured and have done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend!

Gemma, Mark and the whole team go above and beyond everyday for my Nan. During this whole process they have been at the end of the phone whenever we need, supporting not just Nan but us too. They really make a huge difference in my Nan's life and we could not ask for anymore.

My Nan loves having Gemma and the other carers come into her home to help her. At first, she was nervous and apprehensive about accepting help, but the carers at Care Your Way Chichester have been exceptional. Making my Nan feel safe in her own home has been difficult since she got diagnosed with Alzheimer's. However, we have a piece of mind knowing the team have her best interest at heart, showing compassion.

Gemma, Mark and the team provide kind and considerate care for my Auntie. The team visit my aunt twice a day, ensuring she has a proper meal and a cup of tea (her favourite drink!). They never fail to make her feel special, not rushing the visit. They definitely promote independence, and as a result made her feel more confident to help the carer with the task rather than them doing it for her. You hear horror storied about care, but CareYourWay have changed my view totally, that there are people who are in the industry that really care about what they do - first class service from a very caring business in my view. - Thank you to the manager and another lady for all you do, bless you both.
