CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough

We have used three care companies and this is the first I recommend.

We have been using CareYourWay for over three months to support my dad's bedtime routine. Even when his support needed to move to double-handed calls, they were able to keep the group of individual carers in single figures. This consistently has made a big difference for Dad. Every carer we have met is skilled, attentive, thoughtful and caring! They share advice when problems crop up - one even bought us a pair of scissors when they found our were no good! They are always on time too - not early or late. That is refreshing and takes away a lot of stress. We are very grateful for their support.

From my first phone call to CareYourWay, the service we have received has been excellent. The team member came to the hospital and helped me with arrangements to get Mum discharged - it was a distressing time for us and CareYourWay were kind, understanding and efficient. Since being here, the care Mum has received has been wonderful. Every carer that comes is kind and patient. My sister and I are reassured that Mum is getting the help she needs.

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Staff arrive promptly and as arranged. Easy to change/cancel visits and times. Weekly schedules sent by email in advance. Meticulous in instigating and following care plan.

CYW carers have been very sensitive and have adapted almost daily to the changing needs we are very grateful for their professional attitude kindness and respect towards the patient and family. CYW have adapted professionally to change, their policy of ongoing training and online notes system helps ensure everyone is up to speed with the clients care needs. I would recommend their services and staff.

The carer was very open and pleasant and related well with me from the start. In the second visit, she showed herself to be competent, confident and caring and very helpful. She showed herself to have a good understanding of Parkinson's and started setting my ways we can work together then and on my own to keep active, which is what I was hoping I would be able to do. I feel comfortable and safe with her.

I am more than satisfied. I think all 'my girls' are excellent.

From what I've seen, the carers are lovely, kind & caring. The managemnt eam are also fantastic with communication. Most importantly my friend seems really happy and well cared for, which means so much.

I am very happy with all aspects of the care received. All staff and management have been very kind and helpful.

Very satisfied with care in general that is being received. Only slight grievance is weekend staff care call sometimes doesn't arrive on time 12-ish. Otherwise all good thank you.

The are for my mother has been excellent to date. Carer(s) are considerate, kind & diligent to her needs & give peace of mind to the family. Apart from an anomaly in admin ie contract I am very pleased with the services provided.

We have had an incredibly positive experience with CareYourWay. From the beginning, it was clear how much the management and carers actually cared about making a difference in my grandpa's life as well as the rest of the families. It was also clear how carefully vetted and well-trained the carers are. Every person who has come into our home has been kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. My grandpa lives with us so having carers we can truly trust and that are willing to adapt to varying needs has been essential and brought real peace of mind. They consistently treat him with dignity, patience and compassion and we all have felt supported, listened to, and reassured throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The quality of care has been excellent and the carers really seem to care about my mother's welfare, physical and emotional. All the staff are really helpful and flexible about the level of care needed. Communication is really good, both in the form of notes from the carers, and emails from the manager. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for elderly care at home.

Rachel and Lucy and the team were very professional and all the team were so lovely and kind to my mum. They were also flexible when the situation changed. They were friendly and kind and put my mum at ease
