Rachel and Lucy and the team were very professional and all the team were so lovely and kind to my mum. They were also flexible when the situation changed. They were friendly and kind and put my mum at ease

We have been extremely pleased with the excellent care that my father has received from your home care. They have been wonderfully caring, supportive and efficient in every way. Always punctual and happy to talk through any areas of concern. I have also valued the easy access to reach them. The

My Father-in-Law receives 7 morning visits per week, and his main carer, who does 5 of these days, is excellent, as are the various others covering the 2 weekend days. They are very caring and respectful to him in all respects, and he feels very cherished and safe with them. We feel very fortunate
in knowing that he is so well looked after.

I really like my new carer. She goes above & beyond what I ask her to do for me. She helps me in my home and supports me when I want to go out. We enjoy short walks and I am much more confident being out and about.

We are very happy with the care provided to our Mum. The service provided and communication have been excellent from our first contact. Mum has quickly developed a good relationship with her carer and looks forward to her visits.

We are absolutely delighted with the care given to our Mum. Everything is taken care of even better than we had imagined. Mum loves the visits and always has good things to say about her carer and the help she is given. We feel that she is in good hands and this is immensely reassuring.

The manager and one member of staff in particular have made the world of difference to mum. She is up and bubbly every morning they come in. They are kind and considerate and give mum great companionship and care, taking her for coffee at the garden centre to playing games with her and persuading
her to do her knee exercises (something I struggle to get her to do!)
It has had a massive positive impact for me as well as mum lives with us and it has given back the mother daughter relationship.
I could not wish for better carers.
