Care Your Way, has been of great help and support for my husband whilst I was away for a few days. After having difficulty finding short term care Care Your Way stepped in, so very much appreciated which helped me relax when away

My mums careers are friendly and helpful and the care team are very reactive to any requests we have for extra visits to cover for holidays that my sister and I take or any other family emergency that arises.

The service has been excellent - I needed some help quickly and CareYourWay came round the next day and started the following day. Communication has been fantastic and I would highly recommend.

After having a few hospital stays due to infections and mobility issues, we realised we needed some extra help in the evenings at bed time, I got intouch with CareYourWay, they were quick to get back to me and after speaking with Michelle, a meeting with myself, sister and parents, Michelle understood our needs and she was able to set up the service quickly and efficiently, the girls that visit our parents, Josie and Elaine are very caring and are able to put dad at ease at each visit, they always take the time to chat, reassure and make them smile, the visits are kept between mostly the two girls which is great as familurality and consistency is key, thank you for the great service.

All staff have been remarkably kind and respectful at all times. We have been very pleased with the service and nothing is too much trouble for the girls. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

We have used this provider for the last six months. They attend to assist both my parents with day to day tasks. The girls are always prompt & reliable, my parents enjoy their visits & find the help very useful. The service is very well run & I am kept informed wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My mum started using CareYourWay in Jan 2025 after her care needed to be increased more than I could cope with - she has also recently been diagnosed with dementia. CareYourWay spent a long time initially getting to know my mum (and us) so they could understand her needs, likes and dislikes. They have always been prompt, professional and do an amazing job. They will support with anything my mum needs, and will change things at short notice if it helps us out.

The Care Your Way team are simply the best. They have made the whole of the family very happy. My mother in law is been cared for in a very kind professional way. We have peace of mind that she is safe and secure in her home. She is treated with respect and dignity from each member of the team. The office staff are always happy to help with any issues nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Care Your Way. My mother in law is very happy which is fabulous. I have been very impressed with the care and compassion that all of the Care Your Way carers have shown to my mum over the last few weeks, helping with daily tasks and providing a genuine and reliable companionship service. Additionally, the support and assistance the management team has given, including helping me to navigate the social care system and answer queries, has been first rate. Calls and emails are dealt with promptly, professionally and with a genuine friendly attitude.

Following a recent hospital stay, we were able to quickly put in place a new package of care - moving from a twice weekly arrangement to a daily care service. This was all handled efficiently and at a time that suited my mum really well. The ethos of the company - on providing a compassionate, client-focused service - really shines through in all interactions. The team has a great can-do attitude, and nothing is too much trouble. They have given both my mum and I real peace of mind.

The carers have been amazing with my mum, they are kind, respectful, efficient and cheerful and above all caring. I wish we had found CareYourWay earlier as this is everything we wanted in a care company having used other care companies the difference in CareYourWay is outstanding and it is pity other care companies dont operate this way.

I know that Mum is safe and happy whilst being well cared for whist I cant be with her.

I contacted CareYourWay Stockport branch as the current company I was using, could not perform extra shifts required. The response I received from the manager was great, and he arranged for CareYourWay to do these immediately. Ever since then, the manager was extremely helpful in every aspect, with his caring ability always there.

Even though we have only been using CareYourWay for 1 week we have noticed a high improvement in all aspects of care for Mum. The whole house has been adapted for Mum's care and we are extremely pleased with everything. Mum seems happier too with having someone to spend time with her. Thank you.

I am so pleased to have found Careyourway Stockport, the staff have provided an excellent service for my 91yr old aunt who was in need of some extra assistance after coming out of hospital. They took the time to get to know my aunt personally and have tailored a service specifically for her. Knowing that she is being cared for so well provides enormous piece of mind for me. Special mention to the Operations Manager and her amazing compassionate manner towards my aunt. A truly professional caring service!

The staff are very kind and make my Dad very happy.

It has been a real help having someone to do the kitchen for me, I have fibromyalgia, a chronic disease so I suffer a lot of pain and it can be difficult to do any cleaning, especially the kitchen. It also affects my mental health, knowing the kitchen is clean is a relief.
