His live-in carer has been kind, patient and very attentive. She helps him feel comfortable, respected and well looked after each day. The owners are also wonderful - easy to contact, very organised and always make sure anything needed is dealt with properly.

We were so lucky that our choice was the right one. Within days we relaxed, because what we were seeing, was exactly what we were promised, "Care Your Way". After the first week was completed so tweaks were agreed on both sides.
The company use a really workable mobile care recording system for each stage of the job, someone in the office tracks this in real time. No carer could leave a task undone, therefore would never need calling back to finish off.
Having been in care 20 years myself, I am seeing good/best practices regularly and I would recommend Care Your Way to anyone in a similar position.
Reliable, friendly and flexible to accommodate my changing needs. Generally I would recommend their services.

Mum had a few carers, but now she has one in particular all the time. They both get on very well. He takes her out on walks, and next month they are going to start coaching together. He will drop her off to the coffee mornings to build her confidence.
