Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care or caregiving roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on client needs, including mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are advantageous but not mandatory
