Sylvian Care Woking is a family-run domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex and special needs. We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to lead our service and uphold exceptional care standards in the community.

This is a key leadership role for someone who is organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering safe, compliant, and outstanding care.

?? The Role Includes:

• Managing client assessments and personalised care plans

• Ensuring CQC compliance and quality assurance

• Supporting, supervising, and developing care staff

• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals

?? What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (essential)

• Level 5 Diploma or working towards it

• Experience in domiciliary/home care management

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards

• A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach
