Sylvian Care have looked after my Mum for the past year. They have been professional, kind, compassionate, acted efficiently in times of need and above all incredibly caring. They have provided excellent advice and always responded immediately to a range of circumstances. I highly recommend them
to anyone looking for care for an elderly relative.

The care that Sylvian Care have provided my grandad was brilliant, his needs were met and he was happy with the care received, hopefully I don't have to use the service again for a family member, but if I do I would definitely be coming back to Sylvian care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to
anyone.

My grandmother has been a client for just over a year now, she is greatly cared for and has a good relationship with all of the carers. It is such a relief to know that she is in great hands and has taken the stress away from our family knowing she is happy and safe. They are always on time and communication
is great with any questions we have or updates. Me and my mum had a very pleasant experience from the beginning organising the care package and I cannot recommend them enough. It was a welcomed change from the previous care company we used. Thank you so much.

Sylvian Care came to our rescue! My aunt had been admitted to hospital after a carer neglected to drain her catheter on several occasions, needless to say, we want nothing to do with that agency anymore. Sylvian Care gave us a 5-star service and took fantastic care of my aunt, she has now recovered
and won't stop talking about how good her carer is! It’s great to see her like this. Thank you very much!

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.972 for Sylvian Care Woking is calculated as follows: ( (35 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 36 Ratings = 4.972
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Sylvian Care Woking is based on 6 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 = 4.6
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
