Sylvian Care looked after my wife's personal care for 2 months before she sadly passed away.
She had 4 visits per day and all their caring staff are lovely people, very professional, caring and punctual.
Their management team are very supportive, responsive and great at providing help with difficult
situations.
So good to have a small consistent team of caring and management staff
I would have no hesitency in recommending them 100%.
They made my wife's last days as comfortable as possible and I will always be grateful to them.

He has two visits a day and the staff are all excellent at attending to his needs, and making sure he can manage day to day at home.
Dad has built up great relationships with the care staff and that helps when they recognise any

From the initial contact through the assessment stages and then the care itself, Sylvian staff have been courteous and helpful. The carers were polite and attentive to my sister's needs and she told me that she enjoyed their visits. The company's online recording system enabled me to monitor, from my
holiday destination, each of the visits and any concerns that were being raised. They were even prepared to check that my cat was being fed! I will definitely be using them in future and would recommend them without hesitation.

Claudiu has proved extremely helpful in fitting us into their schedule at short notice, going out of his way to arrange times most suitable for us. It has been the first time we have
had to arrange care so my parents were rather apprehensive, but found the experience stress free and easy, and I have to say a pleasure. If we are looking for care at home again we will always come back to Claudiu & Sylvian Home Care because I do not believe we could find a better service as it is faultless. I highly recommended them.

I can't begin to tell you how much Sylvian care have helped me in such a short time. Before I had community care in the home, I was battling every day, with physical and mental pain, isolation, neglecting myself, forgetting to take my medication which was so important because I'm on so many tablets
a day, I had no confidence my partner passed away in early 25 so I was on a massive decline, having been diagnosed with cancer of the kidney my life was dwindling. But I had help from this amazing company, they have helped me think more positively and have given me a different look at life. I'm still in the very early days, but I'm heading in the right direction. My main carer is a lady, she's been amazing and has helped me so much. Hopefully, next year I might be my total self again, without too much worry, self-sabotaging, neglecting myself and much, much more.
