Sylvian Care have been looking after my husband for approx 1 month. The carers are amazing! They have helped tremendously with his confidence whilst treating him with the upmost dignity, and so caring! They go above and beyond, and before leaving always asking if there is anything else that they can
do! They leave everywhere immaculate! I can no hesitation in recommending this company.

Sylvian Care has been caring for my mother since December 2025 - they have been brilliant compared to previous care company who were looking after her. The staff are attentive, talkative and most importantly understanding of my mother's complex needs. The report each individual carer writes after their
visit provides an excellent overview of what has been done and my mother's physical and emotional wellbeing. We are extremely happy with the excellent service they continue to provide.

Your staff were wonderful looking after my 95 year old mother in her own home. We had 2 visits per day am AM and PM where she was treated with compassion, dealt with all my mums needs. Even just a "chat" gave mum and of comfort and company. Thank you so much. I would recommend Sylvian Care without hesitation.

My Dad needed 2 carers, 4 times per day when he was discharged from Hospital, he was bed bound.
I trawled through the internet and found Sylvian, and what a good choice I made when asking them to provide care for my Dad.
They would go in early morning, give him a thorough body wash, treating him with
dignity and respect at all times, at every visit they would make him a cup of tea, and give him something to eat. Always asking if there was anything else he needed before they left.
They always checked to ensure he was clean and comfortable,
All of the carer's were very kind and considerate to Dad, and any of the family who were present at the time of their visit.
The office staff were so pleasant, polite, caring and helpful. I just cannot thank Sylvian enough.
I am so impressed with the care, I have recommended them to another person, who has now booked Sylvian for their relative too. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs carers for their loved ones.

I was hospitalised for a month following heart failure at the end of last year. When I got home, I was allocated Silvian (by the local authorities). How lucky I have been!
I was very anxious about being at home alone and the daily visit by one of the small team was not only reassuring, but they also
helped do a number of small essential things (washing and tidying up, bed making, laundry etc.), which has made my recovery that much easier.
A small, well organised, friendly team that I would 100% recommend.

Sylvian Care domiciliary staff are professional, good humoured and friendly. The office staff respond promptly to any concerns I raise, and accommodate most scheduling changes that I request. The only thing I would change is to receive better communication when schedules are changed after the rotas
have been sent. However, this is a minor niggle when the rest of the service has been exemplary.

We have been using Sylvian carers for over a year to help with mum, who has Alzheimer's and very little mobility. They come twice a day usually, or more when I'm not able to be here. The carers have always looked after her well and taken careful notice of mums changing health. Mum gets on with them
well.

We relied on the team for a couple of months as our mother became less and less able to care for herself, and we were extremely impressed with everything about the care she received, from the communication from the managers, the excellent app that was used to communicate her health stats and daily care
regime, to the calibre of the individual carers.
This was a first class service with some excellent people working within it, and we found them responsive, communicative, empathetic and kind.
On the basis of our experience, I would thoroughly recommend.

Following my step father's discharge from hospital after a stroke the carers have been brilliant from this company- they help him with daily tasks and make sure he takes medication. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. The company are easy to contact and respond very quickly to new requests or
changes to scheduling. Not only has this helped my step dad adjust to his new way of life, but also the company gives us incredible peace of mind for the days we cannot check in or be with him.

My husband has been receiving care through Sylvian Care Agency since July 2025 and the care received has always been wonderful. There is a high level of continuity in care and the staff are always, friendly, polite and helpful to both of us. They always treat my husband with dignity and respect whilst
completing his care and make sure to check if there is anything else he needs help with before leaving. We have had various care companies and nursing placements over the last 6/7 years and without doubt Sylvian are the best.
The office staff are also very kind and helpful and do their very best to accommodate any further help and support when needed even at short notice.

The staff arrived at the time arranged they helped with getting him washed and giving him his breakfast they also helped getting him dressed and in the evening helped my dad get into bed .This was very helpful for my dad. I'm 92 years old and have an arthritic left knee and poor balance generally, so it's too dangerous for me to climb into the shower. I signed up to Sylvian Care Farnham and the person allocated to me has provided excellent care and attention. He is friendly, courteous and entirely committed to my cleanliness.
The atmosphere between us is relaxed with no discomfort or embarrassment. It feels as good as actually having had a shower. He assists me in dressing and preparing to face the day. I'm completely satisfied with the service which is provided with kindness and is also good value for money.

My sons care agency have listened to his needs and worked with any ongoing changes in his requirements. They have provided consistency in care with the same familiar carer and ensured they are aware of his needs, routines, likes and dislikes. We appreciate the annual reviews, the app showing details
of care and visits and the understanding shown of the pressures both the service user and their family can sometimes be under.

As a family, we are very happy with Sylvian Care as my mum's domiciliary carers. They are efficient and knowledgeable and we trust the carers to look after with her best interests in mind. They genuinely care about her, and are interested in her life.
Management at Sylvian are also kind and caring.
They have regular care reviews with me, and call frequently to discuss Mum's care and get the best for her. They are approachable and efficient.
