The team are absolutely amazing, caring, respectful , friendly and with large amount love and care to the patient. My Mum Ann loved them all, they always took time to talk and joke with her just made her feel comfortable and cared for . The strength they gave me the morning of her stroke was kind and caring. Mum had to go back into hospital after the stroke and they called everyday to see how she was doing. On her discharge they came out immediately to see and care for her. Sadly I lost my Mum on 17 May the carers called offer their condolences and came to visit me with gifts and support . Fanta, Mike, Jimmy and I'm sorry my mind is blocked on the lovely lady that came with the gifts, you know who you are, and the rest of team were part of our family and I can't thank you enough for the care and love you provided our Mum and family . You all went above and beyond and that is not a common thing with carers but you were all amazing and went above and beyond. Thank you all.

We are still early days for mum so this is the reason for 4 stars. I have no reason to believe that this would not increase to a five star rating if the care continues as it is

I send my carer a list of tasks that need doing via text and they are always done to a high standard.

Very responsive to issues and very helpful. Willing to support care requirements and offer solutions. So far have been impressed.

Good service, every respectful and caring to mum. The care includes good medical care if required ad contact to the doctors.

The carers are very friendly. They are efficient at supporting me with tasks that helps me live a life independent!

My mum has recently needed to have full time care with her decline in mobility, with numerous spells in hospitals. She was discharged with the enablement team and required private care arrangements. As a family we wanted a smaller more approachable team to support her with all her personal care from first thing in the morning until bedtime. Sylvian Care team have been accommodating with all changes required and in a crisis have acted with speed to get the correct medical attention when, also keeping the family informed. We would recommend them in the future.

A big thank you to you and your care staff for visiting Dad, you are all amazing! It is such a great relief to know he's looked after by a great and caring team of people and being nervous about having visits he now enjoys the company and help he gets that enables him to be safe in his own home.

The manager is extremely experienced and professional whilst being incredibly kind and helpful. I cannot praise them more highly and I remain deeply grateful to them for the care they also gave to my mother prior to her admission to a care home.

The care my aunt has received is outstanding. They are always smiling, attentive and very sensitive to her needs. The home is kept clean and tidy and the personal care is excellent. My aunt is always treated with dignity.

I had the misfortune to have contracted DermaMyositis in January this year and when I was first discharged from the hospital I was given carers, the first company were atrocious and I managed to change my provider which is now Sylvian based in Swindon and I can not praise them highly enough, from the very first meeting they put me at ease and listened to my needs and made me feel like a human being again, they treat me with nothing but respect never rush me and are my angels just at a time when I needed them most of all.There isn't anyone that I can highlight as they are all amazing but if I had to choose it would be a young lady called Mel she just oozes care and professionalism never in a rush and really goes the extra mile, I cannot praise the company highly enough and would recommend Sylvian to anyone else in my area.

This company is fairly new and is still being built up. They are working on this but at the moment it is rather lacking infrastructure. They do not have enough staff but they are working on this. The management have been very helpful and charming, my personal carers have been excellent. They appreciate that continuity of care with the same carer is important. Was, however left once without care when a problem arose. I could cope but one would have had trouble. I need help no longer but I would return to them again.
