Sylvian Care have been looking after my husband for approx 1 month. The carers are amazing! They have helped tremendously with his confidence whilst treating him with the upmost dignity, and so caring! They go above and beyond, and before leaving always asking if there is anything else that they can
do! They leave everywhere immaculate! I can no hesitation in recommending this company.

Marianne came out of the hospital after a scary health scare with pneumonia. Sylvian Care was absolutely amazing and very professional in dealing with the changes as a result of. With great team work and good communication, the team helped Marianne settle in. Marianne's strength had decreased, and had
to start a new routine, and Sylvian Care helped accordingly.

The care provided for my friend was excellent. I was kept in the loop and informed when care items were needed to be purchased or there was a problem, as I was her next of kin. The four times a day care allowed my friend to remain at home where she wanted to be, without being taken into a care home.

The care that we receive is friendly, efficient and patient.
If we do have any concerns or we need to discuss anything about the care provided we have good points of contact and the team are very good with getting back to us asap if they cannot take the call right away.
They keep us very informed
about the health of the person they are taking care of.
I would recommend this company to anyone

My Dad who had moved in with me and my husband to support him during the final months of his life required more support than I was able to give him. We were introduced to Sylvian who provided care four times a day. With this support to both Dad and I, we managed to keep Dad at home until the end.
They
were compassionate, kind, and very flexible in their approach. They showed Dad dignity and listened to the way he wanted support. They were helpful and willing to learn about Dad's lifestyle and also to help me to continue working and caring for my Dad.
A really big thank you to the team, both those who attended our home and those on the other end of the phone.

Most carers, when they begin, are not as good as they are when they've been 3 or 4 times. Then we have routines and everything goes perfectly and smoothly. The carers are dependable and easy-going and they have the carer's heart.

After deciding to change from the care company that was arranged for our mum after leaving the hospital, we, as a family, decided on Sylvian Care Cherwell and West Oxfordshire. We have found them excellent from their initial assessment (which is very thorough) to initiating her care. They have gone
out of their way to accommodate Mum’s needs from day one and contact us with any queries they have about her care. All staff are very professional and caring, which makes us confident that Mum is in safe hands. We would not hesitate to recommend Sylvian Care to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

My brother suffers from dementia, and I help with his medication and paying bills. The care team are doing fantastic work looking after my brother. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They help with showering, meals, laundry, and everything that my brother can’t do.
