I am very pleased with this company, they are well organised, time keeping (which is important to me) is very good arriving on the times I want. The carer I have is excellent. She is very pleasant and treats my home with respect. Everything I require for my care she does. Out of 10 I would give this
company 10 as I have stated - I am well satisfied.

It is nice to have the same carer all the time. She is very good at her job and nothing is too much trouble to her. She is always on time and reliable and tidy, a recommended company.

It is nice you get the same carer all the time, she is very good in her job and has a bond with my mom. Always on time, nothing is a problem would recommend this company to anyone wishing for care for their parents.

We chose Sylvian Care from four companies offered, purely on the times they could attend our mother. We hoped we had chosen well. There was no need to worry. Good service, seem very caring and friendly. Can always speak to someone if needed and kept informed of any issues. The app they set up to see
how things are is excellent. Although Mom gets a visit from one or another of us most days. It's still good to see how the carers have found Mom's health and mood.

I am very happy we discovered Sylvian Care. Carers' standards are impeccable. Clean, caring and understanding when my husband is challenging and very difficult. She is so patient with him, always reliable too. I feel she is part of our family and would be lost without her. A very grateful wife.
