The staff arrived at the time arranged they helped with getting him washed and giving him his breakfast they also helped getting him dressed and in the evening helped my dad get into bed .This was very helpful for my dad. We are happy with the service that was provided and would have Sylvian care again

My sons care agency have listened to his needs and worked with any ongoing changes in his requirements. They have provided consistency in care with the same familiar carer and ensured they are aware of his needs, routines, likes and dislikes. We appreciate the annual reviews, the app showing details
of care and visits and the understanding shown of the pressures both the service user and their family can sometimes be under.

I have always been treated with respect and dignity, on days where I am in pain staff have shown a degree of understanding.

We use Sylvian care to look after my nan who is 93 & has dementia plus mobility issues. Sylvian cae have been great with keeping up with all my requests to ensure Nan gets the best care possible & that she is supported wherever needed. The staff are all very friendly to Nan & carry out each task to
make Nan feel safe & at ease, Jodie has been lovely as we have been quite demanding in what Nan needs & over the course of time they have been with Nan alot of things have changed but there is never a problem. Wonderful care company & recommended.

Sylvian Care looked after my wife's personal care for 2 months before she sadly passed away.
She had 4 visits per day and all their caring staff are lovely people, very professional, caring and punctual.

I used this company as an ad hoc to cover weekend care for my mother. From the start they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The staff were very professional friendly and kind when caring for Mum. I would not hesitate to call them again and I would highly recommend them.

Sylvian care have been supporting my Dad at home for several months.
He has two visits a day and the staff are all excellent at attending to his needs, and making sure he can manage day to day at home.

The carers that I have met have been very friendly and helpful with my parents. They have enabled my parents to continue living in their own home.
My parents needs and behaviour can be challenging and they have had to deal with a number of incidences. They have always ensured that my parents are ok

The management team have been particularly helpful and understanding. I live some distance from my parents and cannot see them regularly and they keep me informed of their needs and are always willing to answer any questions that I have.

Looked after my mum, when I had some respite over the weekend. Mum was really happy with the care, as was my mum.
They were able to offer support with meals, medications, and personal care. They were able to spend time talking to my mum, helping to keep her company.

Sylvian Care Swindon has been a lifesaver for me, with their professional care team who help my father who has dementia/Alzheimer's in the mornings and evenings it gives me peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands and being cared for. All the while keeping his dignity which helps maintain what
bond I have with him in his diminished capacity with dementia. I have been with Sylvian Care Swindon for a couple of years now and would recommend them, especially the management team who have a unique quality about them in regards to whatever question or query regarding my father's care I have, it was handled in a warm, compassionate manner and understanding, I felt at ease with the overall care package and can trust Sylvian Care Swindon team to do their job well. They are very flexible in accommodating my respite time with prior notice given which is a godsend to me to have time out for myself as I care well for my dad.
