Sylvian Care has been caring for my mother since December 2025 - they have been brilliant compared to previous care company who were looking after her. The staff are attentive, talkative and most importantly understanding of my mother's complex needs. The report each individual carer writes after their
visit provides an excellent overview of what has been done and my mother's physical and emotional wellbeing. We are extremely happy with the excellent service they continue to provide.

My Dad needed 2 carers, 4 times per day when he was discharged from Hospital, he was bed bound.
I trawled through the internet and found Sylvian, and what a good choice I made when asking them to provide care for my Dad.
They would go in early morning, give him a thorough body wash, treating him with
dignity and respect at all times, at every visit they would make him a cup of tea, and give him something to eat. Always asking if there was anything else he needed before they left.
They always checked to ensure he was clean and comfortable,
All of the carer's were very kind and considerate to Dad, and any of the family who were present at the time of their visit.
The office staff were so pleasant, polite, caring and helpful. I just cannot thank Sylvian enough.
I am so impressed with the care, I have recommended them to another person, who has now booked Sylvian for their relative too. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs carers for their loved ones.

I was hospitalised for a month following heart failure at the end of last year. When I got home, I was allocated Silvian (by the local authorities). How lucky I have been!
I was very anxious about being at home alone and the daily visit by one of the small team was not only reassuring, but they also
helped do a number of small essential things (washing and tidying up, bed making, laundry etc.), which has made my recovery that much easier.
A small, well organised, friendly team that I would 100% recommend.

My husband has been receiving care through Sylvian Care Agency since July 2025 and the care received has always been wonderful. There is a high level of continuity in care and the staff are always, friendly, polite and helpful to both of us. They always treat my husband with dignity and respect whilst
completing his care and make sure to check if there is anything else he needs help with before leaving. We have had various care companies and nursing placements over the last 6/7 years and without doubt Sylvian are the best.
The office staff are also very kind and helpful and do their very best to accommodate any further help and support when needed even at short notice.

The staff arrived at the time arranged they helped with getting him washed and giving him his breakfast they also helped getting him dressed and in the evening helped my dad get into bed .This was very helpful for my dad. We are happy with the service that was provided and would have Sylvian care again

My sons care agency have listened to his needs and worked with any ongoing changes in his requirements. They have provided consistency in care with the same familiar carer and ensured they are aware of his needs, routines, likes and dislikes. We appreciate the annual reviews, the app showing details
of care and visits and the understanding shown of the pressures both the service user and their family can sometimes be under.

I have always been treated with respect and dignity, on days where I am in pain staff have shown a degree of understanding.
It is the small things that counts, asking before doing, having a conversation with me and showing interest.

We use Sylvian care to look after my nan who is 93 & has dementia plus mobility issues. Sylvian cae have been great with keeping up with all my requests to ensure Nan gets the best care possible & that she is supported wherever needed. The staff are all very friendly to Nan & carry out each task to
make Nan feel safe & at ease, Jodie has been lovely as we have been quite demanding in what Nan needs & over the course of time they have been with Nan alot of things have changed but there is never a problem. Wonderful care company & recommended.

Sylvian Care looked after my wife's personal care for 2 months before she sadly passed away.
She had 4 visits per day and all their caring staff are lovely people, very professional, caring and punctual.
Their management team are very supportive, responsive and great at providing help with difficult
situations.
So good to have a small consistent team of caring and management staff
I would have no hesitency in recommending them 100%.
They made my wife's last days as comfortable as possible and I will always be grateful to them.

I used this company as an ad hoc to cover weekend care for my mother. From the start they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The staff were very professional friendly and kind when caring for Mum. I would not hesitate to call them again and I would highly recommend them.

Sylvian care have been supporting my Dad at home for several months.
He has two visits a day and the staff are all excellent at attending to his needs, and making sure he can manage day to day at home.
Dad has built up great relationships with the care staff and that helps when they recognise any
changes in him.
The management team are responsive and always call if they think we as a family need to be aware of anything. We are very grateful to the team for their ongoing support and care

The carers that I have met have been very friendly and helpful with my parents. They have enabled my parents to continue living in their own home.
My parents needs and behaviour can be challenging and they have had to deal with a number of incidences. They have always ensured that my parents are ok
even if that requires staying longer than contracted.
The management team have been particularly helpful and understanding. I live some distance from my parents and cannot see them regularly and they keep me informed of their needs and are always willing to answer any questions that I have.

Looked after my mum, when I had some respite over the weekend. Mum was really happy with the care, as was my mum.
They were able to offer support with meals, medications, and personal care. They were able to spend time talking to my mum, helping to keep her company.

Sylvian Care Swindon has been a lifesaver for me, with their professional care team who help my father who has dementia/Alzheimer's in the mornings and evenings it gives me peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands and being cared for. All the while keeping his dignity which helps maintain what
bond I have with him in his diminished capacity with dementia. I have been with Sylvian Care Swindon for a couple of years now and would recommend them, especially the management team who have a unique quality about them in regards to whatever question or query regarding my father's care I have, it was handled in a warm, compassionate manner and understanding, I felt at ease with the overall care package and can trust Sylvian Care Swindon team to do their job well. They are very flexible in accommodating my respite time with prior notice given which is a godsend to me to have time out for myself as I care well for my dad.
