My husband has been a client of Sylvian Care for over six months. We have nothing but praise for the care received from the care-givers, supervisor and management. The carers are always on time and keen to provide the best level of care. We are contacted on a regular basis by the management to make
sure the care plans are suited to my husband's needs and if something has to be changed, it's never a problem.
In short, we are really pleased with Sylvian Care and look forward to continue using their service.

We have been clients of Sylvian Care for many months now and have been consistently delighted with the care provided to my wife who has dual dementia. The individual carers are always on time, are genuinely caring and respectful and have a genuine understanding of the behaviours brought on by dementia
and how to manage them. We also really appreciate the interest shown by senior management in our situation and they are in regular contact to make sure that we are satisfied with everything.

Sadly my husband recently passed away. During his time with Sylvian Care he was always treated with dignity, his carer was excellent and I really appreciated her support.

The two young girls treat my partner with respect and dignity. They attend on time three times a day, always smiling and can be cheeky (in a nice way) which cheers my partner up. They do all she needs. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We found Sylvian Care Leicester while looking for home care for my father. They quickly assessed his needs and matched him with an excellent carer, as well as a backup carer for continuity. The carers have connected well with my dad, keeping him engaged during home visits. They also keep us informed,
which gives me confidence that he is in safe hands. Overall, the process has been smooth and easy. A big shout-out to the carers and management at Sylivan Care Leicester!

Sylvian Care Leicester has helped my mum stay at home safely and comfortably and also provided emotional support during a time when we needed support the most. During the stressful period, the Care Team made our experience much easier and more manageable with their support, not only for my mum but for
our entire family. My mum was suffering from both physical and mental stress due to her arthritis and other family-related issues. The managers ensured that they personally took it as a challenge that we received the right form of carers and supported us during these times. We are truly indebted and grateful for everything they have done for us. Sylvian Care Leicester goes above and beyond to provide care service. I would definitely recommend Sylvain Care.

The carers are caring, friendly, punctual, and helpful, and the management is approachable. We have used their home care services for over six months and are very satisfied.
From the start, they have truly listened to our family's needs and have maintained a professional yet caring and nurturing attitude.
They provide care without rushing and are not limited to personal care; they have also included my parents in social and spiritual activities, which has been wonderful.

The service provided by Sylvian Care for my mum has been great. Her care package not only looks after her personal health care but has also provided her with invaluable daily social interactions. She is really happy and feels comfortable with the carers. I am really happy that she is happy. The management
