I am very pleased and happy with my carer, I find the carer is very helpful and if possible when needed for appointments etc will mange to adjust visits around theese events. I am very slow walking but get encouragement and patience to move me to bed or lounge without rushing me.

My husband has been a client of Sylvian Care for over six months. We have nothing but praise for the care received from the care-givers, supervisor and management. The carers are always on time and keen to provide the best level of care. We are contacted on a regular basis by the management to make sure the care plans are suited to my husband's needs and if something has to be changed, it's never a problem.

During the stressful period, the Care Team made our experience much easier and more manageable with their support, not only for my mum but for our entire family. My mum was suffering from both physical and mental stress due to her arthritis and other family-related issues. The managers ensured that they personally took it as a challenge that we received the right form of carers and supported us during these times.
