We have found the staff to be very helpful and understanding, at this time of need, treating us with care and dignity. They are always willing to help with anything we ask them to, overall we are happy with this service.

We have been clients of Sylvian Care for many months now and have been consistently delighted with the care provided to my wife who has dual dementia. The individual carers are always on time, are genuinely caring and respectful and have a genuine understanding of the behaviours brought on by dementia and how to manage them. We also really appreciate the interest shown by senior management in our situation and they are in regular contact to make sure that we are satisfied with everything.

Sadly my husband recently passed away. During his time with Sylvian Care he was always treated with dignity, his carer was excellent and I really appreciated her support.

The two young girls treat my partner with respect and dignity. They attend on time three times a day, always smiling and can be cheeky (in a nice way) which cheers my partner up. They do all she needs. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
