Sylvian Care Bristol Care came to talk to me about help with personal care for my husband who has advanced dementia. they were kind, attentive and considerate. they needed to talk to my husband who does not have capacity and they did that in a very professional way. When he refused their help, they

Mum's carer is happy, helpful and reassuring. She makes Mum feel very safe and secure and is always punctual. I feel very that Mum is being cared for in such a professional manner. Always at the end of the phone if needed or if Mum just feels lonely and needs to have a little chat.

All the carers who attend my partner are courteous and very pleasant. They are always on time and do a very good job under very demanding circumstances. Spot checks on them are done regularly. I am very pleased with the company and their care.

Mum has been having care with yourselves for a couple of months now and I can't fault the company in any way. The staff are happy, friendly and engaging towards Mum and very punctual. Each task is explained and they give Mum a choice to choose her clothing and her meals.
A high level of service from
the staff and management shows in the care and approach. Also, when new medication is introduced, it's doubled checked by management. I love the app which keeps me informed of each visit.

Since they have taken over my dad's care I have no concerns and the way they chase up his medical needs and home comforts are 10/10.
The management are constantly in touch monitoring my dad’s changing needs.
My dad and I are both very happy.

I have been receiving care from Sylvian Care South Gloucester for more than a month now, and the care I have been receiving is very good. It is the best one I have ever had to date. What I have found is the carers are always on time, and they always ask me to choose my clothes which I think is very important. In regards to my diet, my carers always remind and advise me. Carers always remind me about my stock medication. Overall, I have found all the carers really kind.

I’d like to acknowledge the high level of service provided by Sylvian Care, including the manager. The hard work, care and attention to detail shown by the carers are exceptional, and I have already seen the positive impact this has had on my mum. She is very relaxed and happy and is communicating more.
My mum is quite a sensitive person and responds positively when she is shown kindness and attention, which is what she has experienced since the start of her package with Sylvian care. The carers have also highlighted issues that have not been picked up previously, which is very reassuring. I also really love the app, which details each visit. I can see what she’s eaten and her mood and meditation taken etc, which is really important for me to have access to this information. I’m also informed promptly if there are any issues. Thanks so much for the excellent care you’re providing my mum. I would highly recommend this care provider to anyone.
