We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team as Casual Domiciliary Care Assistants.

Job Summary As a Casual Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide practical and emotional support to service users in their own homes, in line with individual care plans and company policies. This role offers flexible working hours and is ideal for experienced carers or those seeking additional or casual work. Key Responsibilities * Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming, while maintaining dignity and respect * Support service users with meals, hydration, and light household tasks * Assist with medication in line with training, care plans, and company procedures * Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing * Observe, record, and report any changes in a service user’s condition or needs * Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team * Work in accordance with safeguarding policies, health & safety, and infection control procedures Essential Requirements * Previous experience in domiciliary or home care (preferred but not essential) * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if required * Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care * A values-based approach aligned with dignity, respect, and person-centred care Desirable (Training can be provided) * Medication awareness or administration training * Manual Handling training * First Aid / Basic Life Support * Understanding of safeguarding adults * Knowledge of care planning and risk assessments Additional Information All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, references, and right to work checks Ongoing training, supervision, and support will be provided.
